Three Chips is a very professional organization. In my case the photos speak for themselves. I was purchasing a fixer upper and suddenly the bank says a room needs to be demolished in order for the sale to conclude. I call Three Chips in a rush. Danny (the owner) jumps to action and rips down the structure in 3 days! And he saved anything we could sell or salvage. And he was reasonable! And they cleaned everything up, no trace of the previous situation at all! read more

Cleaned the first 10' of the 10 vents. Did not clean the roof mounted HVACs at all. They didn't even go on the roof to clean the intake nor the outflow. Spent three hours cleaning. Definitely not enough time to service more than 150' of duct work and two HVACs. They even put the filters backwards in one of the intakes. After two days the house was just as dusty as before the ducts were allegedly clean. Cleaning equipment looked home made. read more

Some of the most dishonest people I have ever had to deal with. The contract was for 6-8 weeks,…read moreand it took 8 Months. The way a contract works is you pay an agreed amount to the company you hire and they in turn, supply the labor and materials needed for the project. These thieves took my money and did not pay the sub-contractors THEY hired for the project. 2 of the sub-contractors have threatened me with lawsuits due to lack of payment. There is still $1000's of dollars of work that still needs to be done, along with repairs of items installed, but since I have already paid over 10% more than the contract, (I had to pay the Subcontractors myself or they would not finish the work they started), and I refuse to pay more, Vista Del Sol Construction has abandoned the project. I am now stuck with making repairs myself for the damage they caused and having to hire my own contractors to repair items that should have been done right the 1st time. Avoid these thieves at all costs.

In reading some of the negative reviews, it is disappointing how easy it has become for someone to…read moreleave a negative review and damage a person's or business's reputation without knowing--or considering--the whole story. We need to be clear about something: you are not our only client. We work with multiple buyers, sellers, property owners, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals every single day. We are constantly juggling phone calls, appointments, contracts, deadlines, negotiations, and problems that need immediate attention. We absolutely value every client and work hard to provide good service. But expecting us to drop everything the moment you call or need something is simply not realistic. Not receiving an immediate response does not mean you are being ignored. It does not mean we don't care. And it certainly does not justify going online and trashing someone's reputation because everything didn't happen exactly when or how you wanted it to. A negative review can affect a small business and the people who have spent years building their professional reputation. If you have a problem with the service you received, talk to us. Give us an opportunity to address it. Communication works both ways. We will always do our best for our clients--but we also ask for a little patience, fairness, and respect in return. There are two sides to every story. A review only tells one of them, you might be amazed at the other side.

As we live in Grant County (and not Silver City), the tax should have been at a 6.3% rate. As it was, the owner charged us at an old Silver City rate (8.25%). The Silver City rate is now 8.125%. So, buyer beware. While the owner did a great job installing the new door, he needs to be sure to charge the correct gross receipts tax.

They have been nothing but problems, of course we paid them the initial payment and now 3 months later we still do not have completed doors. They come out and work like heck, leave the work uncompleted, saying they would be back on Monday (which Monday I'm not sure) and it has now been 3 weeks and no finished job. We have one door we can use but must be careful using and the other door we were told not to touch or open for any reason, We have called almost daily without a response. So before you use them think very carefully.
