I'm 73 and don't like standing on ladders, etc. So I was looking for someone to call and remembered Zane from an earlier project. He came. Went and bought needed supplies. Put it all together. Got it running, and I'm so happy I can't believe it! It is operating more quietly than ever before even when my late husband would work on it!!! Not only that but while he was here, I mentioned a problem with the water pressure at my kitchen sink. What did he do? I don't remember at all!!! But it's working better than ever! THANKS, ZANE!!!! As we live in Grant County (and not Silver City), the tax should have been at a 6.3% rate. As it was, the owner charged us at an old Silver City rate (8.25%). The Silver City rate is now 8.125%. So, buyer beware. While the owner did a great job installing the new door, he needs to be sure to charge the correct gross receipts tax.
