We kicked off this latest project four years ago (yes, four!), and Rick has been with us EVERY step of the way. What started as an extension of the house evolved into a garage office and a kitchen remodel. Rick helped guide us through the permit process, and understanding all the steps of the remodel including demo , electrical, insulation, flooring, cabinets, countertops, roof, stucco, plumbing and more - there is an untold amount of information to know and understand, and Rick is amazing at communicating all the pieces along the way. We are in an older house and hit some electrical and tree snags along the way, and before I even knew they were issues, Rick already had his team out at my house assessing the situation and working on a plan for how to fix the issues and stay on track. We are not a very "handy" family, so it's SO comforting to have someone like Rick who is a total expert in this area - he is an excellent builder, but also has a really great eye for what the finished product should look like. Our office is OUTSTANDING, it came together to look fantastic and it's so functional, and our kitchen is looking AMAZING! I have heard some folks say they have long pauses in the middle of their projects while they wait for plumbing or electrical - we have never experienced that. Rick has been amazing at scheduling out all the parts of the project and allowing for flexibility when needed - someone is always here working on the next thing. We originally found Construction & More through Yelp and reached out about two years ago for an…read moreestimate to update our master bathroom. They provided a very fair quote, but we ended up having to put the project on hold. When we were finally ready to revisit it, they were willing to honor the original estimate, which we really appreciated. This is our first home and the first major renovation project we've undertaken, so we were a little apprehensive going into the process. We ultimately decided to expand the project into a full remodel, and even with the additional scope, the updated price remained very reasonable and close to what we had originally expected to spend. Once the project started, everything moved quickly and smoothly through each phase. Communication was timely and responsive, which helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish. Tony, the foreman, and his team were extremely detail-oriented and did exceptional work. The craftsmanship really shows in the finished bathroom. Everything looks carefully installed and precise, and the tile work in particular is incredibly clean. We're extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out and with the overall experience, especially for our first major home project. We would use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

I called DiBlasi Restoration and spoke with Frank DiBlasi, the owner of his independent company. He met me at the house the next day and assessed the situation. The bedroom issues were easily resolved, but the bathroom is where they really succeeded. Not only was the mold wiped and removed, the surrounding tile grout was scrubbed and shiny like new. A nice touch by these guys. After a weekend of dehumidifying Frank took air samples in each affected room and sent them to an independent lab. All the tests passed with flying colors. I would recommend DiBlasi Restoration in a heartbeat. Frank has been at this for several successful decades and is righteously confident in his methods and protocols. On top of that, he's just decent business owner who is fair and square with his customers.
