I said I wasn't doing that so they refunded the amount I paid to have them personalized. 1) I would not have purchased them if not for the personalization. 2) If their customer service was good they would have offered to cover the shipping to and from since it was their error. OR, refund the cost of the enter items. Now I have two paper thin hoodies that were $40 each (without personalization) that I don't want.
