I don't have anything too extravagant done to my brows, just a clean up and sometimes tinted. I have always preferred threading over waxing, I feel like it lasts longer, and the results look better. Shila's location on Rainbow is very convenient for me, especially being right by Massage Envy so I can have a self-care day :) I took off a star, for only a few reasons. One is the price increase. I get it, the way costs are right now a lot of places are. However, the very reasonable cost made Sheila's Eyebrows stand out more over the rest before. If you have an appointment, this should be prioritized over any walk-ins that come after you. Common sense right? Sometimes they are so busy they overlook who came in before who and don't even look at the sign-in sheet to see if you have an appointment. There was only one time I was disappointed with my eyebrows after having them threaded here. Just imagine your eyebrows cut short in half. I learned a lesson, find the girls that do a great job and stick with them. I also came a couple of months ago, and one of the girls was very rude. She had a frown the whole time, didn't say thank you, I am not even sure why I tipped her, she was so ungrateful. With all of that being said, I highly recommend Shila and Sarah. Unfortunately, the actual eyebrow experience is a total hit or miss and more often than not, a miss. Every single time, I am very clear: please just do a cleanup and leave as much of my eyebrows as possible. Despite that, the majority of my visits have ended with way too much being taken off, and not in a flattering way. My most recent visit was especially disappointing. The woman who did my brows was very kind, which honestly makes this review harder to write. I again prefaced with a clear request to keep as much brow as possible, and somehow she still pretty much erased my eyebrows. It felt like the complete opposite of what I asked for. I think she realized she didn't follow my request because she offered me a free bottle of castor oil afterward. I accepted it just to avoid making things awkward, but truthfully, I didn't want castor oil. I wanted eyebrows. A good job would've made that unnecessary. I don't doubt that some people may have good experiences here, but the inconsistency is frustrating. When you're trusting someone with your eyebrows, "hit or miss" just isn't good enough. I wish they listened more carefully to client requests and focused on consistency, especially for something as basic as a cleanup.

Ronnie and the rest of the woman working are clearly knowledgeable of their craft. $20, accurate and precise, clean, nice, follows my instructions of "trim this, don't trim this".
