It just so happened that when we arrived they only had one customer so they were able to fit us both in for a gel polish manicure straight away. There was a little time split because of the other lady getting her nails done (as there were only two ladies, one was off sick) but that was fine! The ladies that treated us were very lovely, easy to talk to and knowledgeable of their profession. They both took great care over the service they were providing and spoke very highly of their employment, which is always nice to hear. :) My nails look fabulous and as an added bonus, if I go back to get them re-done, the removal is free of charge! I would DEFINITELY recommend this little Hair and Beauty Salon! They are on the second floor, near House of Fraser, so please pay them a visit!!

Despite being a tad on the nervous side, who wouldn't be getting there bits out to an effective stranger, i was at ease. Hayley is very pleasant to talk to and have a laugh with whilst she professionally removes unwanted hair. Its only been an hour or so since having it done but i am already looking at my diary for when i can book in again (around 4-5 weeks time). Believe me any embarrassment has now gone and I'm assured that if I keep up with it then it will be easier, quicker and slightly less painful (Hayley didn't mind my swearing). I will add tge pain is no reflection on Hayley, but it was my first time and my hair down there wasn't as trimmed as it could have been. Can't rate HRM enough!!

I did not hurt at all( I am a wimp) and did not look (an does not) fake. I now know many famous people have had eyebrow tattoo. My friends all envy my brows so much as they look full and beautiful, I may say myself. I am only 30 years old but have never had really nice eyebrows, I kept looking in the magazines at all the nice girls and what you see on the TV all the time, it was driving me mad!
