Your employee illegally processed my bank card to set up a reoccurring payment plan for car washes. My wife and I went through there with her Lexus. He told me that for 3 dollars more that we could get another wash for this vehicle for the next month. We decided that it sounded like a good deal. In NO WAY did we state that we wanted to rejoin this establishment! I quit this place a few months ago and I was paying a lot less than $39.99 a month! Why the hell would I okay this??! Just refunding me the $39.99 doesn't cut it. For some reason you answered my yelp with a phone number to contact you. Of course that was false. And now I get a response that I will have to rely on some email that you probably won't even see!

Both of our vehicle were dented by the workers at both locations, Roseville (my suburban) and Rocklin (husband work truck) and the manager refused to work alongside to resolve the issue. They didn't want to show us any video footage and dismissed our case so fast. We're a god fearing family and company, we wouldn't make up this company messed up our vehicles. We don't have the time for that either. My husband's runs a business and we have three young children with one on the way. I do not recommend this company. They are not ethical in any way and they'll do whatever to get out of a mess that they caused. Additionally, my husband witnessed a gentleman's rug mats being stolen out of his vehicle from a worker at the Roseville location and tried denying it. So sad. This company needs better honor, integrity, honest workers, and ethics.

This location is huge... as in, for being in a busy intersection, there are many spots to park and clean out your car. This locations newest addition, the towel dispenser. Employees save time by not having to fold all the towels and there is a basket right below to return the wet used towels. This location rocks! Is it a thing where some car washes don't get the passenger side windows near the mirrors? When the soapy brush came around, this car wash didn't get it. At least the soap was rinsed off.
