Those Window Guys are Terrific!! We had a damaged window above the garage in the attic that was extremely difficult to access. Mo drop down latter, a small hole, no interior lighting, and no supporting floorboards. Bill accepted the challenge and somehow made his way to the window to measure for a replacement. A few weeks later the new window arrived and Bill scheduled installation at a mutually convenient date/time. Again, he made his way there and successfully replaced the damaged window. The charge was far below our expectations and professionally completed very quickly. We will continue using Those Window Guys while we live in Salem, VA. Incredibly rude, from a minor misunderstanding. They lost a huge project!!! I will take my business elsewhere

I called for a window replacement estimate. The returned call from the estimator was illuminating. The caller was speaking thru speaker phone and was clearly across the room and didn't care to be speaking to me. The first thing out of his mouth was, " Im gonna have to charge you $3000 to replace 2 windows die to drive time. WTF kind of best business practice is this???? I have had nothing but a problem with the double pane picture window installed by this company. There is a leak between the panes which causes a film on the window which you cannot get to in order to clean. When talking to Cindy at the company she told me that first of all the manufacture they purchased the glass from had gone out of business and The Window Guys are not responsible for any problem with the glass. In other words they do not support the product they sell although they were the one that picked the manufacture. Next time I will hire a company that stands behind their products and I would advise anyone looking for windows to do the same. read more

From the time of fist contact with Those Window Guys_ a.k.a. (Serenity Windows), the manner was professional, accommodating and superior. Mr. Tommy and his Office Staff Manager, ( Cindy), who schedules consults provided detailed, always with a listening ear, advice as to best choose window replacements that would both offset the style and desire to update our home from it's dated look with the windows, as an extension of other remodeling we have invested in our home , as well as to best advise for pricing and energy efficiency that we were also looking to achieve with the new windows. We were given estimates that were spot-on and allowed for some personal style I wanted with the windows, in the best price-range possible. We gave 1/2 before install and the remainder the date of completion. Further, the installers were so amazing! They came the day after Christmas and in two days, working with only a lunch break, to get these windows in and even took their boots on and off to come into our house. They tracked in as little as they could, and they even took our window treatments down and put them back up! They cleaned the areas where they serviced and picked up all outside trash from their work. In addition, they were able to provide a much better looking temporary frame for our aluminum siding until we are able to get new siding for a rotted window out there. We hired this company to repair a bay window. It took almost a month for them to even receive the glass, then when the installers came out the original measurements were way off. After 3 call attempts Cindy answered the phone and had no idea there was a problem. So there is a breakdown in communication within their business. When she called me back she stated that they would have to reorder it and there was no way to expedite it. I was not willing to wait another month to get the window fixed. She was extremely rude and instead of trying to right the situation like a proper business owner when her employee's messed up she resorts to being snarky . Unless you want to do business with rude people and wait over a month to get your repair done ... I suggest finding another company. read more
