I was initially told the project would take 14 days at most and it turned into a two and a half month project. All the while the project manager ghosted me and would not provide an update unless I called. And just when you think the project is done, turns out they used untreated wood for an outdoor deck. After finally calling someone above the project manager I was give a discount for inconvenience I guess but at these prices this is simply unacceptable. He was responsive, kind, and honorable- he kept his word and was as transparent as possible about cost and timeline. When I told him I needed it done by July 31st, he made sure it happened (without any kind of rush job surcharge). But he also didn't cut any corners- everything is solid, exactly as expected, and was the cost quoted to me. All the workers were incredibly respectful, communicative, and efficient- even helping with hookups and landscaping clean-up! Given this was a "light" job, I assume they just always go above and beyond like this. I will definitely use them in the future for any project needs, and I recommend them over any other contractor, electrician, plumber, or excavator in Bedford County.

After that, they took the time to schedule a free estimate, during which they even caulked some obvious but small holes in my roof, free of charge! Finally they started work three days after completing a very reasonable quote. They showed up early and worked effectively and efficiently to finish the work the same day! They took time to show me exactly what they were doing, and took great pictures and video in case I missed anything. I cannot wait to use MCN again for my next project! (For reference, I chose the shingle color!)
