Nice Thornton's gas station and trucker stop off or blue lick road in Memphis Indiana. I've stopped here a town or two when in the area from nearby Lousiville as either a gas stop or snack stop before a road trip to Indianapolis or Chicago. Kinda in a remote area so not much nearby. Over the years they have always had cleaner restrooms then most other Thornton's and they have solid comparable Prices to nearby gas stations. Overall solid gas station with larger selection since it doubles as a truckers station. No major complaints or issue stick out to me when I have visited here. read more

the woman's bathroom was not clean, no soap, only one sink worked good and one of the bathroom doors was broken and i couldn't even use it. there was toilet paper all over the floor. I got a slim Jim and cheese stick and it expired 12 days ago. I just took a bite of moldy cheese. Seriously do better. Only thing good was the customer service. They were very nice. read more

Stopped here during a road trip and it was wonderfully clean. It doesn't take much for me to appreciate a station to stop at but cleanliness is number one. The bathrooms were spotless and warm. Weird thing maybe to comment on but sometimes there isn't much heating in bathrooms at stations. This one was toasty and had plenty of well kept stalls. Right next to the bathrooms is a Burger King. It was busy when we stopped by and we didn't need anything but it looked clean and that they were doing well. This travel center has a bunch of food/drink stations to choose from. One thing that really stood out to me was the coffee/hot beverage options. They had like 8 machines to choose from! They had plenty of cold beverage options also including a fountain drink wall. They were also fully stocked with cold sandwiches / wraps / fruit. For hot options, they had the rolling grill thing with hot dogs and sausages. The self-service registers were very convenient and the associates were kind and willing to help if anyone needed it. The gas was a fair price and the stations outside were tidy. There was a little area of grass also which was helpful to take our pup out on. Overall great, quick visit. read more

opened at the end of July a 2019 louisville-based thorntons gas stations and delis founded in 1971 there about five states now illinois-indiana Florida a couple others.. I've always referred to him or as ever since they started their bigger designs like a poor man's QuikTrip.. Rob is a lot of stuff isn't as impressive as it seems they have a course a hot deli bar with sandwiches I'm not very fond of them though I don't really like the coffee I go to a Thornton's allowed in Illinois by Lincoln Illinois and the coffee is nasty. they do have showers at this one this is brand-new it is clean as of now they have allowed for almost 6 diesel pumps a cat scale for the truck drivers and a fairly nice size parking lot with what looks like more to come soon.. they have fresh fruit they have an ice cream bar which is kind of nice little tiny cones you can make for yourself along with your freezes and other stuff.. just like a QuikTrip they have a bakery section with donuts and things.. I also noticed they have the roller grill and a few other things they also have a fixin's bar for the hot dogs.. they have self-service kiosks if you want to ring up your own stuff it does take cash. right past the bathrooms is a 24-hour Burger King as of now it could be subject to change as it just opened up recently and they're giving it a trial run to see if it's going to stay 24 hours or not.. as I mentioned at the Burger King though unfortunately this Memphis area whether it's the other two truck stops nearby the work ethic leaves a little bit to be desired and so does the attitudes some act like they don't want to be there and this is brand new.. yeah she can my question do you offer Wi-Fi they don't have the foggiest idea one says I think Burger King does but I don't know you think if a customer especially a truck driver want to know you would know more about your facility but I'm giving it to three stars cuz it's new and it's clean and hopefully they'll come around and start doing a little bit better job. so looking trying to be optimistic on this one it is nice to have another one in the Memphis area as just 15 minutes north of Louisville it's getting harder and harder to find parking anywhere that's just a trucking industry in general... read more

It's a brand new Thorntons and I wanted to try out the new place in town. It's like any other Thorntons except their stuff is cheaper compared to the Loves across the street. It's a great clean travel stop. This place is complimented with a Burger King. (which I have reviewed.) the staff here is friendly. It's great for trucks. Cheap cigarettes, coffee. read more

Clean outside love the parking the food is good but the ladies restroom was dirty no soap no paper towels and no toilet paper but that wasn't the worst the toilet seat had blood all over it I left and called the person that answered said he would clean it right away Burger King the floors were dirty and papers All over the floor looked like the trash was pulled and a trail was across the floor really think management should be walking the floor and someone should be tending the restrooms read more

Assuming they can allow you to get ice in a cup even if it's your own?!?! Is there a water fee? Is that on the bathroom doors? No!!

Being this is a brand new station it is clean and nice. They feature self checkout counters, food stations and all the niceties you would expect from a travel stop. I just wish the fuel prices were not quite as high as fuel stations south of Louisville. I'll likely make this my weekly fill up spot, time will see! read more

They now have bags for your protection against Covid-19. There is a small red sign with a green dispenser on the side of the gas pump. It's not a glove, just a bag, but its static free and disposable. Great idea! read more
