Very accommodating and swift and very responsive. A great experience in a market with a lot of not-so-good choices. Charlie is the man. He also waited on me to walk back to pick up my vehicle about 45 minutes after they closed so I could have it the same day. Awesome!

I initially bought a family plan, two cars, unlimited washes for $40.90 in Oct 24. In Feb 25, the new owners bumped the cost to $48.95. Now, as of Jan 1, 2026 the price for the same package is $50.95. That alone is a concern. The service offers various cleaners for windows, upholstery and trim and no additional cost. And towels for drying. On more than one occasion there have been no towels available. I had to wait 15 minutes, as water spots set in. Finally I just walked into the office and found towels on the counter and grabbed what I needed. Is it so difficult to walk out of the office, see towels are running out, run a wash, dry, and restock? Apparently. Particularly when I see 2-3 employees (including a manager) standing around. I'm going to start some wash comparisons. There's too much competition to accept this level of service for this price.

I stopped by 2 different places omw home (both were closed) & then saw that Bowtie was open! I was Elated! By the time I'd gotten there though, it was almost 7:30 & they closed @ 8. NEVER was it mentioned that the vacuums automatically shut off @ 8. Ok, so I'm vacuuming & tried to start it again & it wouldn't work. I looked up to see the 2 employees leaving. I announced that I wasn't finished, hoping that they would restart it for me. I am Long overdue for a hip replacement so I don't move very quickly. I am an emotional person & I was angry. I needed it done by Wed but it was supposed to rain so.... I had worked all day (bad hip), hadn't eaten & was just beside myself. I called during the time I was told & got the vm. It was long & All over the place (I'm also attention deficit to the Extreme). No one called me back.... I live in a condo so I thought maybe I could drive up my sidewalk, use an extension cord & finish the job. This would be an ordeal in itself, as I am in a lot of pain & as stated before, I don't move very fast. It turned out that I got off work (the next day) earlier than expected & decided to run back by. Oddly, it was about the same time as last time. I pulled around back, I apologized for my behavior, hoping to redeem myself. The guy said the vacuums were on so I went to finish up. He Did (very nicely) come warn us we had about 10 minutes. I thought I could finish but time ran out. I only needed one more section. The Girl is pulling cones in or whatever they do, I guess when they close. I Nicely asked if I could just have a few more minutes.. She Very Abruptly & Loudly said They Close At 8! Not, "I'm sorry ma'am but we close @ 8". She was RUDE so I retaliated & tried to explain my (health) situation. She could give a Holey crap! She argued with me. She threatened me. I called again & got the manager. He was just as rude. He said that she was their #1 employee. Ha! That's a joke. I asked for a refund. He declined stating that I paid for the car wash, which I got & that the vacuum was free & I got that. Whatever, the whole thing was freaking ridiculous! He actually told me that I was not allowed to come back. Lol. WHY THE HELL WOULD I DO THAT??!! After the way I was treated! Unfreakinbelievable! Pulled in for a wash at 7:40 closes at 8:00 (20 min) before closing. Very rude when we pulled up and as soon as we pulled up to vacuum out car (7:45) he shut them off and another lady was already using it. Turned two other gentleman away for car washes at 7:45 said they were closed. Asked to turn vacuum back on and got sprayed with a water hose. We purchase multiple pkgs. for the both of us and give away many as gifts during holidays. We won't be!!!
