After all of the snow, ice, road dirt, brine, and salt for the past month, it felt GREAT to know what color of vehicle I'm driving again. I opted for the Package A "the Works" for my SUV because I wanted the undercarriage wash and the nice interior smells. Great value! I have a beastly pet who sheds and the folks here made quick work of vacuuming the aftermath. My windows were also pristine and crystal clear with no more nose prints. My entire visit was about 20 minutes once I made it to the front of the line. There's a seating area inside and a few chairs outside for patrons who want to take a rest. I visited on a busy sunny day, so the line was a tad longer than usual; however, I expected it and the line did move fast. All of the employees are very friendly and nice. Tips are appreciated and well deserved when you witness the hustle and bustle going on. My go-to place for a clean ride.

Self service car wash!…read more This is a self service car wash, that is way old. It still takes quarters too. They have a machine that you put the bills in . On our occasion we happen to be driving by and found this little place to get the Rav all clean. Now a few of the car wash bays are falling down but they are blocked off. These car washes are use as your own risk . On this time we passed by we had no issues . The Rav is all clean. Now the soft water does not work on the trigger gun to clean the vehicle. But everything else did. Now the car has some water spots but it's clean. Living in the Midwest, the car gets dirty and bird droppings that need to come off . We had no issues and a clean car. Our safety was not at risk. The vacuum worked mostly. All in all we would come back . In a pinch use your own justification and judgement before making the decision. We made a good choice and have a clean and happy car.

Then they let the man behind me pull in 2 feet behind me so the back of my car did NOT get washed again! When i went & told him, he said I could go back through again. I didn't have 25 more minutes to wait after being there for 45 minutes already. I also mentioned that the car behind me was too close & I could have been hit. He said that would be on me, they are not responsible for that. Wow!! No more Tommy's car washes for me! My car was still dirty on the back after TWO washes. I didn't hit the assistance button, I didn't see one. I was told I could go back through another wash and I did, the 2nd wash, but didn't see the point for a 3rd time when the 1st 2 didn't completely wash my car. I am filing a complaint regarding the cancellation of my monthly membership with Take 5 Car Wash…read morewithout notice or explanation. My membership was suddenly canceled even though my account was in good standing. I received no email, phone call, text message, or written notice explaining the cancellation. When I attempted to contact customer service by phone, I was unable to reach anyone for assistance. I visited the car wash location in person to ask why my membership had been canceled. At first, an employee told me it may have been because I did not have my membership sticker displayed properly. I then showed the employee that my sticker was clearly displayed in my windshield. After that, I was told they did not know why my membership had been canceled. The employee then offered to start me on a new membership, but informed me that prices had increased by approximately $10 per month. The employee also stated that they had been dealing with this issue with multiple customers throughout the day, which suggests this may not have been an isolated incident. I believe customers should receive clear notice and honest explanations before memberships are canceled, especially if they are then required to pay a higher monthly rate to restore service. I am requesting: A clear explanation for why my membership was canceled. Reinstatement of my original membership pricing. Clarification regarding whether other customers were similarly affected without notice. I believe the company's handling of this situation was misleading, poorly communicated, and unfair to existing customers.
