I needed that under car wash with all the salt in winter, so I went middle of the road. You enter the mostly automated car wash getting your ride sprayed down by a pair of people with what looks like one of the worst jobs in winter. Seems like you'd never get warm. Once you're past them, your wheel locks in, you put your car in neutral, and the ghost of Mr. G drags you through an automated cleaning canal. Colors change. Suds spray. Scrubbers are applied. Your car is clean. You go into drive and leave. No scratches to my paint. Clean car. Better than being cold and spraying it down myself. This place also offers a ton of membership levels and even has a haunted car wash at Halloween. You read that right.

I try to give businesses three chances, and if I'm still dissatisfied with the service, then it's three strikes and you're out. I would not recommend anyone waste their money on the wash.

I ride this morning to vacuum and wash because I had at least four boys in my car everyday all muddy. The vacuum wasn't vacuuming so I called the contact number and left a message and within 5 minutes the owner shows up with this family and introduces himself . It was just clogged and he fixed it within seconds and all the other vacuums were still working fine . They have window cleaner and Rags for use . They also have free interior wipes , air fresheners, and trash bags at the entrance of the car wash. I have been going to Todd's up the road but they close at 8:00 p.m. and I've never had a good interaction with the owner there they are very aggressive and it does not feel female friendly . I wish the prices were cheaper but they're not and it's worth it if you go every day LOL . Exceptional customer service and exceptional wash . I have a monthly pass.

The equipment does a great job. They have touch, touchless and self-clean options. My only complaint is that both bays on the far left side say touchless. This is NOT true. Those of us who only go to touchless car washes are mortified when we see those long, spongy things drag across our cars. Not good! Now I know to use the 2nd bay from the left but the signage needs to be changed. Other than that - its a good value in that area.
