Brought my wife's expedition in 2 weeks ago for new tires. once completed, I inspected the wheels and noticed they were covered in grease and had scratches all on the face of the wheels And gouges on the back where they pried the old wheel weights off with a screw driver. If it was an old car I wouldn't be so worried about it, but when you keep vehicles like new and work hard to keep nice stuff it's more than a slap in the face. Brought it to their attention and have since been told it's not their responsibility to worry about. Matt seems to be the only person who cares about the service he presents to customers.
