Let me know how that works out. $1200 plus a year for a pool that opens weeks later than everywhere else, closes hours earlier and is kept up to bare minimum standards. Vacuums always broken, pool is filthy. Concrete is in disrepair and swim team and their parents make it a miserable experience. Don't wast your money. Oh... Then you're forced to buy at least $40 a month in mediocre food as a member. Thanks but no thanks. Holly Tree CC I do know a good bankruptcy lawyer when you need it feel free to reach out. Not to mention that every time you want to use the pool it it's surrounded by unruly swim team with zero respect. Or closed for a private group. They leave trash, take over the community area and jump all over the mothers with small children from opening to July. For a local community neighborhood, Orchard Farms has a clubhouse that has a full kitchen,…read morebathrooms (separate ones for man & woman), a dining room area, and the large main room that has couches, tables. There are folding chairs in the storage closet for HOA monthly meetings or other activities needing abundance of seats. A large porch that almost wraps around the clubhouse. And has been used for swim meets for teams to hang out at. There's a separate room with fitness equipment that you'll need the key for. I've rented the clubhouse for one of our children's high school graduation party and have attended many parties here as well. It's convenient due to the parking lot and adjacent are the community swimming pool, sand volleyball court and tennis courts. If you need to rent the clubhouse, you must contact the realty office to ensure availability, payment and contract. I actually went up there this Thursday since the weather was nice, I dug through the closet and found a tennis racket and joined a neighbor who formed the OF Tennis group to hit the ball some. It's been over a decade since I've touched a racket. It was real nice to get the blood flowing, breathe in the outdoor air, receive sunlight and meet a new friend.
