At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.

She was very knowledgeable and educated me on how the lock was operating. Very fair price even with coming out on a Sunday! I didn't know anybody in the area and I just took it to pauls hoping for good service. For one I was under the belief that all six were bad and needed to be changed but they said they'd take a look and let me know. When I picked the car up they said they only had to change one. They could has easily lied and said they changed all six and charged me for six and I would've been none the wiser. I have since taken my truck in for transmission issues and again had a great expierence. Pauls has a quick turn around rate and they keep you constantly updated. They only negative is that they aren't open on weekends and they close around 530pm so I have to leave work early to get there. All in all I love pauls and will continue to take my vehicles there anytime I need a good mechanic.
