I can't remember the crew foreman's name (the one with the long ponytail) but he took extra effort in seeing that the installation was done right. If he wasn't pleased with how one worker did something then he personally corrected the situation while giving instructions on the proper way to correctly install. He made sure to inspect everything and to make sure I was pleased with the job before he left. Any problems found to simply call the company and he would return. We understood that there have been material shortages, so we were patient. The installation was completed in one day. My husband asked the installers about how they would work around the sprinklers in the irrigation system. He was told "not to worry"...that if they hit one they would repair it. Unfortunately, they did hit one but we did not discover this until a few days later. My husband contacted Bayview and was told that since it was not noted on the day of the installation that it was our responsibility and they would not send anyone out to repair it...that we should call a plumber. Granted...it should have been checked prior to the installers leaving, however it was inadvertent and they should have asked us to check the system that day. This is very poor customer service and while we would have recommended Bayview to friends and neighbors based on the quality of the work, we definitely will not being doing so now.
