we wanted a fence so contacted Gator.. they measured for fence and my HOA wouldn't approve it, so the wanted us to cut of fence in half where half our yard wasn't fenced.. we told Goror we didn't want the fence just give us our money back... they said they would give us half.. well first of all the charged us for the larger area of fence.. anyway we put half down 3500.. they final said would give us half back, the it went to we will send it to you at end of month.. we order this fence in Jan.. no money back said the don't have the money to give us it back... worst customer service EVER!!!! hope no one else gets ripped off from Gator Fence!!!! read more

Gator strong installed a fence post in my sewer line and won't take responsibility for thier incompstence. My kids play area in yard is flooded with sewer bc of them and it will cost over $5k in repairs but they won't take responsibility. now I have to hire a lawyer. what a hassle! read more

If I could leave ZERO stars, I WOULD. The morning of our install, I called the office asking for Aqua locks because we were getting a pool. The man on the phone said, oh you will be getting a pool? I said correct, he said no worries and added the locks. While the installers were here, I asked MULTIPLE times about pool code and they said they were doing everything to pool code. Weeks later we got a pool estimate and they told us our fence was not up to code. Although we did not say upfront that we would be getting a pool when we got quoted, I mentioned it the morning of and throughout that day. If the fence needed to be changed, they should have told me that before they installed it. I called Gator Strong and let them know this and they said there was nothing they would do. We would have to pay ANOTHER 5K to replace the fence. Do not expect anything from this company! read more

I have been in contact with this company several times in the last year. First contact they never followed up. Second contact they said that they were 2-3 weeks out. The. Just about two weeks later I received a call that they would be there the next week. No show and no call. When I finally reached someone to say what happened they tried to start the whole process again...this time saying that they were 3-4 months out. Not going to call them again. read more

As long as you don't mind waiting 3 months for your fence, then they are great. Unfortunately, companies are using Covid-19 as the excuse for everything being delayed. That's my feeling on the company itself. As far as the men that did the install, Derek and his crew were fabulous!! This is a horrible company to deal with, not only are they absolutely unprofessional they are extremely aggressive when collecting their money.. We had a fence installed on 11/18 after months and months of waiting, and not even 24 hours later demanded payment without giving me a chance to inspect it. Information in Gator Strong's response to my negative review are incorrect and the contract they provided me which I didn't sign says nothing like the information they provided in their rebuttal. Signing an estimate is not signing a contract. Why do they provide a contract for signature if estimate is binding? It isn't that's why. If you are considering using them view their website and you will see all sorts of references to how ethical and honest they are. My experience has been totally negative. I just want my $3208 back. It is not legal to request a 25 percent restocking fee when nothing had to be restocked. Tabor Construction will no longer be referring customers because of how they treated me. I'm a single 65 year old on a fixed income and as you can see in their initial response to my honest review, they were bullying and not professional. They can do the right thing and return all my money to me now. It's not an unreasonable request. read more

Just a quick BIG THANK YOU to Sherry, Gator Fencing and Chris and his helper ( I didn't get his name). We had an outside shower enclosure installed back in the Spring of this year (2018). We had problems with the gate not closing properly. I called and spoke to Sherry last week about the need for it to be fixed and this week today ( Monday) they sent Chris out to repair it. He came, did the work, asked me if I would like to check it out before he left. PERFECT!! These days it is hard to find people and companies that follow up and have integrity!
