Beyond amazed & completely satisfied with the work Jenny & her team do at an affordable price!…read more I recently hired JJ's House Cleaning Services to help a family member who has suffered from a medical illness that can no longer do day to day chores. The cleaning needed for their house was beyond a deep cleaning. I'd call it a restorative cleaning. Jenny was extremely responsive via Yelp, had open availability and was willing to accommodate. I was able to schedule within 3 days of reaching out. The cleaning ladies were on time and arrived earlier. Jenny ensured to communicate and confirm their early arrival prior to doing so which was greatly appreciated. They were professional, kind, empathetic and did not judge the condition of the house, which was a huge concern for my family member. My family member was so thankful for the empathy, positive attitude and conversations that they had with the cleaning ladies. They truly helped uplift their spirit and told them that they deserved to live in a clean environment that brought them peace. Jenny & her team go beyond just providing a cleaning service. They enrich lives mentally, physically & emotionally by creating a clean & organized living environment. Forever grateful for finding Jenny and her team. I look forward to using their services in the future.

I booked a cleaning appointment a week in advance after seeing this company on TikTok and was…read moreextremely disappointed. The morning of the appointment, they canceled because the cleaners were in Oceanside and "couldn't make it." It is not my problem that your team was in another area; if you couldn't handle the logistics, you shouldn't have scheduled me for this day. You had one job, and you failed to show up. Shame on you. I honestly question if this is even a legit business at this point. It seems like Jenny has been in this industry since 2008, yet she still hasn't developed basic customer service skills or the ability to stay organized. There was no real apology or accountability, and the dismissive responses I received were incredibly rude. Communication matters when PAYING customers plan their entire day around a service. After this experience, I wouldn't trust this company in my home and would recommend others to be cautious.

We booked a move out house…read morecleaning a week ago so the house was completely empty so we assumed the cleaning would be smooth and easy. After the initial clean many areas of the house were skipped and still dirty. The initial cleaning took 2.5 hours and we paid $345 plus tip. We contacted them within the 24 hour period to let them know we were not happy with the results and we are busy moving so this is an added stress, they offered to do a reclean. We scheduled the reclean for a week later/today and they gave us the window of 2-4pm for arrival. It's now almost 6pm and they are not responding to our calls, voicemails, or texts to get an update on their arrival or reschedule. Still unclear if they are going to do a reclean and have no info or updates. This has been extremely frustrating because we are trying to coordinate with our land lord and have been busy moving so this was the last issue we needed. We are now going to have to drive back to the house an hour away and clean it ourselves. Update- after I posted this review they finally got back to us and said they were cleaning the house at 6:36pm. We drove an hour the next day to check and it seemed sufficient. Still would not recommend given all the added stress this caused during our move. They didn't offer any type of refund either.

I was pleased with the amount of communication and ease of scheduling. The two cleaners that showed up did an amazing job. The reason for only three stars was the following... Upon completion of the cleaning, we were told that if our apartment complex charged us additional fees for cleaning Lyly's would provide compensation. 23 days later, I was notified by the apartment complex that we were being charged an additional $200 for cleaning fees. I contacted Lyly's expecting that it wouldn't be an issue...instead I was told that the timeline was too far out and that I would need to take it up with my landlord. Although they apologized for the situation, it didn't make sense to me that there would be a timeline for when we could file for compensation. The quality of the service was good; the outcome did not sit well with me. Overall I would not necessarily suggest this company just based on the lack of ethics displayed.

A few days later, while I was still in Los Angeles caring for my brother, the company contacted me about rescheduling. I did not respond or authorize a new appointment. When I canceled the appointment I had never agreed to, they charged me another $60 and have refused to refund it. Charging a customer for an appointment the company created without authorization is completely unacceptable. I am truly disappointed and upset over the quality and efficiency of the cleaning service provided by this company. "Pattys team" was simply awful, unprofessional, and did not provide the move out deep cleaning I ultimately had to pay. The only reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because Karla C (who I communicated mainly by text) was very responsive and accommodating. The cleaners arrived within the time frame provided and only two (from what I heard of their conversations it seemed as they were a couple). When they arrived they did a walk through of the apartment BEFORE starting to clean in order to inspect the condition and advised me it would take them 2-3 hours. Around 4.5 hours later I received a text from Karla saying the cleaners need more time due to "conditions of the home." The cleaners told her that my apartment was more work and dirtier than they expected and they attempted the charge me more money. The condition of my apartment was nothing more than a normal move out/deep cleaning. My apartment was completely empty and relatively clean. They DID NOT do a move out clean. I observed them since 1130 am and noticed that she has giving him instructions consistently on how to deep clean while she wasn't cleaning. At one point he was left alone to clean the small bathroom alone that he spent over an hour on. I'm was concerned at the efficiency of them. I was in the living room during a 40 min period taking apart one piece of furniture and observed them NOT clean anything beyond wiping down a counter. I also had a friend over who observed the same. They did not pull out the appliances to clean them, didn't clean the freezer, barely wiped down the baseboards despite telling me that they had to spend a significant amount of time on them. I had to go back and wipe down walls, cabinet doors, baseboards, and clean the freezer myself. Karla was receptive and when I sent her photos agreed that they did not provide the quality of work they allegedly normally offer. However I had to actually call her and request a reduction of rate in order to receive any response or discount. I was still charged $216 despite after informing Karla and going back and forth being provided an "$80 discount." When I turned over the apartment my leasing agent expressed her concerns over the cleaning quality and advised me she would be reaching out to the company to finish cleaning properly. The cleaners spent SIX HOURS in my apartment and did nothing beyond a normal cleaning. Then tried to argue with me when I expressed concerns. The girl also attempted to get me to pay her cash directly rather than waiting for the company to charge my card. It was all completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disappointing. It was a complete waste of money and time. I hired them because I wanted to support a local business, they had "fair" rates, and relatively decent reviews. I needed a move out clean and decided to give them a chance. Please don't waste your time or money on this company. I should have paid double the price for a larger professional corporation or company to handle my cleaning needs.
