The email form was right off their website. What did I hear back? Crickets... nothing. Why encourage people to send an email when there is not going to be a response?? Even if everyone but one person is away on vacation, surely that one person can reply to the email to just say... we received your email and someone will be able to call you on (date). These lawyers may be the best in town but it is not worth much if you cannot get ahold of them.

There were some deficiencies with the property that I took care to note on the offer and made both my realtor and Weeks Law well aware of. The seller was responsible to remedy the deficiencies as a condition of the sale. The seller failed to remedy anything and Weeks was wholly uninterested in supporting me to uphold the purchase agreement. After months of useless responses from Diane, I was forced by city inspectors to remedy the problems myself at a cost of over $20,000. If you want good legal guidance, steer clear of Weeks.
