Everyone was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward our dog during a very stressful situation. Val at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made our decision to choose this clinic much easier and immediately put us at ease. Desiree, the veterinary nurse, was also wonderful--very kind, attentive, and caring throughout our visit. I don't remember the veterinarian's name, but he was exceptional. He was compassionate, informative, and provided us with both comfort and valuable information when we needed it most. If you're in the area and looking for a veterinary clinic or emergency hospital for your family's pets, I highly recommend this place. The level of care and kindness we received was truly outstanding.

This office was able to fit him in today and gave him excellent care. Dr. Flores was so sweet and thorough, our tech Mary was wonderful, and I didn't catch the name of the two ladies at the front desk, but they were fabulous, as well! The prices were way less than I was expecting for a same-day appointment and medication for the infection. Excellent experience all around!

We have never had to wait more than a few minutes after our scheduled appointment time, which I really appreciate. I have also never had any issues when calling for a medication refill; it's always approved and ready within a day or so, depending on when I submit my request. While I haven't had experience with the other veterinarians at the clinic, I would highly recommend Dr. Graham. Lila even knows her by name--her ears perk up , and she gets excited when I tell her it's time to see Dr. Graham. Recently, Lila developed a strange lesion on her muzzle. Dr. Graham presented me with two treatment options: one was quite pricey, and since we weren't completely sure what the lesion was, she also proposed a more conservative option. She explained that while the conservative route might take longer to heal, it could potentially save me from spending hundreds of dollars on more extensive testing. I appreciated that she didn't just offer one very expensive treatment option without discussing alternatives. A couple of months later, Lila is healing slowly but is almost completely better, and I didn't need to spend the extra money on the more expensive option. I feel fortunate in this situation, as I know there are cases where no other options are available. I'm simply sharing my experience and explaining why I appreciated the extra time Dr. Graham took to present multiple options. Not all veterinarians do that, and I will continue to take Lila, along with any future pets, to Dr. Graham exclusively for as long as she is practicing.

The vet who saw my dog was extremely nice, and I have nothing negative to say about her personally. But the lack of organization and consideration for people's time is incredibly disappointing. If you already have an anxious dog, making them sit around at the vet for over an hour past their scheduled appointment is not ideal. I completely understand that emergencies can happen and delays are sometimes unavoidable, but that clearly did not seem to be the situation here. If appointments are scheduled for a certain time, there should be some reasonable effort to actually see patients around that time--or at the very least, communicate the delay. Waiting over two hours in an otherwise not busy office is unacceptable.
