She was kind, patient, and wonderful with him right away. On the very first night we were gone, our dog suddenly became very ill and could not get up. It was an emergency situation, and Brenda immediately took control. She found a mobile veterinarian who came out that same night and stayed with our dog for over four hours. She went far beyond anything we ever could have expected from a pet sitter. Although we felt terrible not being there with him, Brenda cared for him as if he were her own dog. We spent hours on the phone together, and with her compassion, support, and guidance, we made the heartbreaking decision that it was his time. Her genuine love, concern, and calm action during such a painful moment meant more to us than words can express. She even helped contribute toward the emergency veterinary service. Brenda is truly an extraordinary person, and we will never forget the kindness and care she showed our beloved dog and our family during one of the hardest nights of our lives. Given that he has always been social and has attended daycares since he was 14 weeks old, this raises concerns about whether breed bias may be playing a role. I also noticed an $8 fee for someone to stand next to a dog while they eat lunch, which feels unusual and excessive. The front desk staff has always been kind, but there is one employee who creates the social media videos who consistently avoids greeting customers and immediately goes to the back whenever someone approaches. It contributes to an overall feeling of poor customer service. Because of these issues, we'll be returning to Ufuria in Rancho Cucamonga.

Since we're at work and school the whole day, we decided that day care was our only option and called around. It worked out that this was only 15 minutes away from my school so we called, got the info, and now repeat customers! They do need a recent fecal test done, which we had done at their place since it was so last minute but they were very accommodating and we results back quick. We were thankfully able to schedule him for his eval the next day, which he passed! I really love that they have six different outdoor yards and the dogs are separated based on their play style. My dog LOVES to play and run around, but I do worry about him annoying other dogs lol so I'm glad that I don't have to worry about that here since he can play with other dogs who have just as much energy as him. They have webcams from 8-5 so I'm able to check in on him and they also upload pics of him throughout the day + a daily report card! Their hours are also amazing. They open from 6:30AM-6:30PM so I'm able to drop him off early before school and pick him up after 6 when I'm off. The staff here are all so nice. I always call and ask to give his paws a quick wipe down when I'm on his way just because his paws can get a lot of dirt and they're always so nice about it, which I really appreciate. Pricing is also very fair. We get the 14 full day pass, which is $418 and it's well worth it. I've also done glamping here with them, where you get charged half day (when he's just playing) and then he gets his bath. They do a great job with the deshedding and then after he's just in a suite so he doesn't get dirty again. I love that they do that. Overall, I'm really glad I found this place. It's given me and my bf a peace of mind when we are busy. Highly recommend!

He said I could come in and see photos of the cat's lodge in the office and he has some on his phone. At drop off, there were many dogs in the office so be aware this is more of a business catered to dogs than cats. My cat was already stressed, not a shocker but still annoying. When it was my turn, they confirmed the dates she will be staying, literally took her to the back and didn't ask about vaccination or anything. It was very fast and felt off, but whatever. When I asked to see photos of where she would be staying they acted strange, as if my question was taboo. They didn't have any they could show me so I literally dropped my cat off and have no idea where she is going. Awesome. I left and in the car called to speak to someone who would send me photos - it was odd how they made it so difficult to send me 1 photo. They said they did take a photo but the cat was blurry so they will try again later.....Huh??? It's not hard to send a photo in 2026. Anyways, at pick up when they brought out my cat, they gave her back to me in the WRONG CARRIER. That was my sign that this business is shady and unorganized. The guy panicked when I told him the carrier wasn't mine and took them an additional 10 minutes to get the right one. And yes, I checked to see that they gave me the right cat. They also included a dirty old cat toy in the carrier covered in hair that was not ours. Gross. Very chaotic - never will be returning and would not recommend.

Kaley was really kind when setting up the appointment on the phone & in reminding me about my dog's appointment. Additionally, when dropping our dog off we told them last minute that our dog had some skin/allergy problems, and they were super kind/understanding about it, and gave her a medicated bath. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and isn't the best behaved sometimes, but Whiskers to Tails did an AMAZING job! They've definitely got a new customer in me and my dogs.

Martina & her pack were amazing!…read more We were nervous about leaving our girl Bailey with anyone but family, but we instantly knew it would be a good fit after the initial meet and greet. It takes a while for Bailey to warm up to humans but Martina allowed Bailey to warm up to her at her own pace. After the trial half day, we were excited that Bailey would be in great hands and would have friends to play with!! We left Bailey with Martina for a little under a week and we are so happy with the love and attention Martina provided Bailey. She was very professional and kept us updated every day, either through videos/photos on instagram or through text. Bailey looked so happy in all the photos and videos!!! I have never left him with anyone other than my parents / sister to care for him. Martina came over to our home for a meet & greet & Steve immediately took to her. He seemed comfortable and happy around her. We left him with her for just over a week & I felt so at peace. Martina posted plenty of pictures of Steve on her IG page so I was able to see what he was up to and he seemed to be having the time of his life over there. I was worried he would not want to come back home! Martina is awesome at communicating and is very pleasant to be around. I will never take Stevie anywhere else.
