I typically would not write a review as a guest, but I have to make an exception for the Apiary. My brother and his wife had their ceremony and reception here the weekend before last and it could not have been more perfect. Complimentary valet parking was available for the wedding and very appreciated. There isn't a ton of parking in the area so this is the perfect solution, especially on a rainy day. Valets were ready to go even when we arrived, about 45 minutes before the ceremony. Just remember cash to tip! The Apiary grounds and building are beautiful and well maintained with historical charm. The grounds were worth exploring with beautiful greenery, stone benches, and water features. The hard cover pavilion was the perfect spot for an outdoor wedding with protection from the rainy day. For a wedding of about 60 guests there was more than enough space. Inside, a lovely gathering room and bar area were comfortable for the time before and in between the festivities. The bridal party had a large cellar area to get ready. The bathrooms were conveniently located in between the ceremony site and reception room. The food here was absolutely amazing and truly on par with a meal at a fine dining restaurant. I live in Las Vegas and it was like eating at a fine restaurant here. The service was over the top with perfect timing and professionalism. The whole service team would line up to serve and remove courses at the same time. The attention to detail really added something to the event. Zero proof cocktails were offered to non-drinkers and the two children in attendance were provided special meals. Our meal started with Caesar Salads. It was one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had and a hearty portion. The Parker house rolls were warm and buttery. The Beef meal had delicious slices of tender beef, crispy potatoes, and green beans. The kid's meal was really tasty with both healthy options and foods kids typically love. The venue was on top of accommodating food allergies by asking each guest if they had allergies before the meal. The groom has food allergies and he was able to enjoy a lovely meal that evening. The Apiary sent an already beautiful event over the top. My brother and his wife made a fantastic choice in where to celebrate their big day.

We ended up creating a meal out of hor d'oeuvres, and Kellie and her team offered us some tasty variety and completely accommodated our vision of the day. We also worked with her to set up a special meal for us (the bride and groom) before we went down to mingle with our reception guests, and she packed up a tray for us for our hotel room that night as well. (One of those instances where I didn't even realize I was hungry until I was STARVING and ravenously eating the delicious treats she sent to us). We also worked with Seasons to order custom napkins and the serviceware that we used at the event. (They've got some lovely plastics that look like china from a distance...our event space doesn't usually serve food, so there would have been no way to wash actual china). The only reason for the star downgrade is that we had a little bit of trouble communicating via phone/email in the couple of weeks leading up to the wedding which caused a little extra stress for bride and mom. But in the end, the execution was spot-on and the food was delicious.

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with them & when we contacted them about rectifying the issue, they told us they would refund us about 1/2 of what we gave for their services then completely ghosted us. The owner and I had multiple conversations about expectations for the catering - the biggest thing was her assuring me they would bring to go containers for the left over food, and use our recipes for our "his and hers" drinks, for which we went and purchased all of the ingredients out of our own pockets (~$400-500 total). No to go containers were provided, which caused us to have to throw away an absolute ridiculous amount of food - the food that my husband and I planned our mini honeymoon around having. Also, the people that were sent had no idea they were going to be serving alcohol, so they didn't have the bartending supplies we were assured they would have, and the drinks that were served were not what we asked to have served. My mother had to go grab knives from the airBNB and distribute them to the guests for them to be able to eat their food. The owner texted me not 24 hours before the wedding to confirm the wedding cake flavors (strawberry w chocolate icing) but sent us a strawberry with vanilla icing. It was just an utter catastrophe to be totally honest and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone - I would advise against using them for any reason.

It was a true smashburger in every sense of the way. It was so good, you end up eating it way too fast without even realizing it. Perfectly cooked & juicy and paired very well with the pasta salad. it complemented the burger, so well thanks to the staff for recommending it! They nailed that suggestion!!
