We found this food truck outside Fusion brewery and it was simply delicious! My husband had a pulled pork sandwich. I had the pulled pork "nachos" on kettle chips. Oh my, it was so good. The sauce was very well balanced with tang and sweetness and just the right amount. Sauce should enhance the flavor, not drown out the main feature. Highly recommend!
