    Bought a brand new Ram truck and began experiencing serious and dangerous issues at around 3,000…read moremiles. The vehicle randomly stalls while driving, shifts itself into park, and engages the parking brake. It then struggles to restart and fails to properly charge the battery, causing loss of essential vehicle functions. This is not just an inconvenience--this is a major safety hazard. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle, and I absolutely will not allow my family to ride in it. The dealership has had multiple opportunities to fix the problem and has failed. They have blamed wiring, battery issues, or claimed they can't find anything wrong. At one point, they opened a STAR case and replaced the MGU (Motor Generator Unit), stating it tested bad. Even after replacing a major component, there is still no confidence the issue is actually resolved. I have repeatedly been told the problem was "found" or "fixed," only for it to happen again. At this point, it is clear the root cause has not been identified. Customer service has also gone downhill. What started as a helpful experience has turned into staff being rude and dismissive simply because I've had to bring the truck back so many times. Getting a loaner vehicle is extremely difficult unless you escalate the situation to management. Stellantis has been no better--refusing to take accountability for what is clearly a defective and unsafe vehicle. I am making payments on a truck that is unreliable, unsafe, and not fit for normal use. This has been a complete failure from both the dealership and the manufacturer. If you are considering buying a new Ram truck, I strongly recommend you think twice.

One day, Ashley answered and said no one was in the department but that she'd call me back. I never saw a missed call, so I called again after work, and another employee said he'd leave her a note. The next morning, Ashley called and, without any greeting, immediately said, "I called you yesterday." No hello, no courtesy--just attitude. When the truck was finally ready, she left me a voicemail about needing a new battery and sounded extremely rude. Then, after she thought she hung up, she continued talking on the voicemail saying, "I don't know who this is or what she has to do with it," before realizing the phone hadn't disconnected. I had explained several times that I was the fiancé of the truck's owner and that he worked out of town, so I was the point of contact. To make matters worse, it turns out the truck did not even need a new battery after all. My family has bought vehicles from Red River Dodge since before COVID, but the service has really gone downhill over the past few years. After this experience, we won't be coming back. I understand everyone has bad days, but that's no excuse for being unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

We make our way here after mom did everything she knows how to get the a.c. working. I suppose that perhaps the Freon (or equivalent) might be low. Hoping for something that easy, we pull in. The staff were super helpful and worked diligently to diagnose the issue. After a few moments it was discovered that the a.c. had not actually been turned "on" you can imagine the laughter that erupted from my mom's friend and myself much to mom's chagrin. The guys helping us were awesome about it and gave us some waters for our trouble. They stayed professional and courteous while we were there. I hope they laughed just as hard as we did after we left.

I gave them a pass on this one because it was the second shop that didn't know how to fix the problem. then I scheduled service online a week in advance and they call you to actually get you down. Never heard anything, no call or email and when I called they said they would read back out later, never happened. They only get 1 star because I can't choose 0. Terrible service department and customer service isn't any better

My husbands truck started messing up, he thought it was the transmission, we took it up there on a Friday (last Friday 9-23-22), mechanic drove the truck and agreed with my husband that the transmission was definitely going out, we left his truck there even tho they told us the transmission would probably be on back order. The service department staff put in the claim, had the transmission the next day and had all repairs done by the following Friday 9-30-2022. We picked up the truck paid the $100 deductible and was very satisfied with the service. If I had to be a critic about anything at all the only thing would be them cleaning up after getting into and out of the truck with greasy hands, wiping off the steering wheel and door handle would have been nice. But the staff were super nice, kind and efficient. Checkout was quick no waiting. Thank you so much for a great job done well.

Charge you for aftermarket accessories they say…read more have been put on the vehicle when in actuality it has been equipped with the stock parts just made to look like aftermarket parts. What a joke! Just another car dealership getting over on the customer. Do not buy a vehicle from here unless you want to get the shaft.
