After the replace the encoder motor sensor, still did it. Took it back and the technician did it 6 test drives and my power steering pump "exploded". I knew the pump was leaking but pretty sure in the efforts to replicate the issue he was repeatedly turning the wheels hard right and hard left and the pump lost all its fluid and the "test drive" was continued with a empty pump. Now out $1500.00 and I will never be taking another vehicle to them or buying a vehicle that requires them to service it if at all possible. I know the pump needed replacement but I wouldn't ever have a dealer do that since their will always overcharge. I am not dealer tech but I know when a power steering pump needs fluid by the noise when they are older and to stop driving it.

He wasnt really listening though, seemed more interested in gettin me out of there. Came back this morning (Monday) to pick it up, but the engine light was still on. Told the fella that it was previously explained to Brian that there were two different issues, and he probably didnt write that down. They pulled it back in and called me later to two expain that this is a different issue than the recall, and would need more parts. Well no kidding, what ive been saying all along. No one would listen tho. Now I am out of a vehicle for at least three more days. No offer of a loaner, guess i should have asked. Very frustrating.

I was helped by Danny , who was really respectful and helpful. I drove up from Dallas to get a particular truck that I came across on Autotrader. I was cautious, because driving 5 hours to the dealership gives you the disadvantage during negotiations. Regardless, Danny stuck to the previously agreed-upon deal (without any ambiguous fees or up-sale tactics), and I left with a new car that day. Their mechanic was competent and answered all my questions (I double checked what he said later on with a private mechanic as well). This dealership has an impressive lot, too. I believe they source unique cars within a large area. Definitely worth a walk around if you're looking for something.

Come to find out, this is the same owner that I bought a truck from several years ago when he had his car lot opened. That was the best truck I ever bought. It all has to do with the quality of the person doing the selling. Honest, caring, and always ready to help a person out when there is a need. Needless to say we were all so excited to see this auto sales back. If you are looking for the right place to buy, then look no further. Martins Auto Sales in Pottsville is the place to go without a doubt. Not only do you get good service at the time, you also get responses back after the sale. I know I will definitely buy from this place. Genuine, good ole integrity is what matters. Mr. Martin, thanks for the truck back then and the dependability that I could always count on. Your awesome!

I recently had my car inspected for safety and to evaluate tires and brakes for repairs. I was told…read moreI needed 2 new tires which is what I planned for. I was told everything else (fluids, brakes, front tires, etc) looked good. They ordered my tires and I waited for 5 hours for a call that the car was ready. When I received the call, I was told the tires never made it on the truck. They knew I had no more time to wait so I asked them to put my tires as they were and I would have to buy elsewhere. They told me it was urgent so I didn't delay. When I went to my other tire place to replace the bald tires, I was told the lug nuts were stripped and they couldn't remove 2 of my tires. I immediately called Hindsman & Son and was rudely dealt with by Steve. He accused me of never being there because I wasn't given an invoice. He said they had no record of me being there because I didn't pay anything. Again, I didn't purchase invisible tires that never showed up so no, I didn't pay anything. Then he argued that they never touched my tires even though they inspected the brakes and everything for safety? Bottom line is they messed up two of my tires and didn't have the decency or integrity to own up to it. They sent me on my way with stripped lug nuts and bald tires. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. They even lied about not having my number. They finally fixed the issue, I hope as I'm not a mechanic, but then they again sent me on my way with a bald tire. They never even put the new one on. They treated me like I had done something wrong when I returned the car for them to fix their mistakes. I have alerted my family as well so no one takes a chance at this place. They especially pray on single women and treat them like they are stupid. I will also be in touch with the better business bureau. Proceed with caution people!

REST ASSURED JASON IS LEGIT!!!…read more Found this car dealer on craigslist which always brings a little hesitiation and caution on both ends I am sure. However, Jason honored every word he said as I had to book a plane ticket to fly down to Russelville. Upon my arrival the title was not in his name because the vehicle was repossesed signed over by the financing company and not registered in Jason or his company name. Ofcourse this made me scepticle but Jason was more than patient with me in giving me whatever I needed for my peace of mind before I handed over 9,200 cash money. He had licensure, insurance, and his personal identification which he was more than willing to share. Upon returning to South Dakota and getting it registered at the county treasurer's office, I had no problems with getting the vehicle registered. In fact they didn't ask single question about the title. The vehicle is registered in my name without any issues. It was a great experience and the vehicle is better than I suspected. His price was more than fair and the vehicle is a gem. I highly reccommend Jason and a buyer's market and want anyone who is reading this to know that A Buyer's Market and Jason are 100% legit and he is a man of his word. Please e-mail me if you have any questions that may offer peace of mind so that you can rest assured and proceed with any prospecting buisness with A Buyer's Market.

Since I was flying out of town on Thursday July 31st, I called them to see if my repairs were complete. They said it would take a couple more days. I arrived back in town on Wednesday August 6th (three weeks after I originally turned in my truck) and called my wife and they said it would be done that afternoon. They called me back the afternoon of August 6th and said the repairs were complete. When I got there to pick it up, much to my surprise, when I inspected my truck, it was not finished. One of the primary pieces that was. supposed to have been replaced, the chrome step $723, had not been replaced. Yes it was on listed on the Job order/and final bill. Also, the truck had not been cleaned up and ready to drive out. They said it would take another two days. I finally got to pick it up at 4pm on Friday August 8th, 24 days after I had taken it to Sorrells body shop. The one positive note, the secretary Rose was very kind and considerate.
