Toyota service department isn't that great. Rotated my tires and didn't reset the tire monitors. Shows the opposite tire being low. Sucks when you air the wrong tire up because it tells you that tire is low. read more

Using a dealership for service is just asking to be bent over. But sometimes you need a part that can only be had through Toyota. So I visited Phil Wright Toyota today (a sunny Saturday afternoon) to buy some parts. As I entered the showroom, I was met by a good old boy who turned me away, explaining that the parts department is closed on Saturdays. When I asked why they'd be closed on the day people are most likely to work on their cars, he explained that it's always been closed for the last 38 years. Apparently, any stupid idea should continue just because it's always been that way. It's also closed Sundays too because, you know, Jesus. Of course! Why would you choose to be open on the only two days a week when 90% of your customers actually have time to come to your business. Dear lord, they might even try to give you money for your products! Maybe they should stay closed all week long, then they won't be bothered by any customers at all. Forget these jokers and just order your parts online. I know I will. read more

My sister took her 2018 Tundra in to have the radio software updated and have a rattle in the door looked at, they told her that it was going to cost 110 for the software update, and that they didnt hear anything and that if they took the panel off and didn't find anything that it would be a $65 diagnostic fee. I went up there as their mechanic (mind you I have 20 years experience as a technician) I told them that it was not just a simple rattle that it was something structural, I asked Daniel if I took the door panel off and diagnosed it, what in the door wasn't covered under the warranty, he told me that a penny rattling wasn't covered under warranty. That statement alone was very insulting, I am pretty sure if it was a penny I wouldn't be taking it for warranty repairs, I did get a little cross with them after implying that I was stupid, I do admit. Now that I took the door panel off and took it up to the dealership to show them that the outer door skin had separated from the lower crash bar, the general manager said that they refuse to work on the vehicle. He also stated that everything I posted on social media was a lie.....I have now had my intelligence insulted and been called a liar by this dealership, needless to say I will drive the 40 miles to a different dealership and smile while I am driving. read more

I was referred to the dealership by a family member. The service department ordered the tires to the size I needed; however, I gave them the wrong size. They notified me of the tire size difference and quoted me on the proper size. They were able to keep the wrong sized tires I had ordered for inventory and had my front end aligned, 4 tires mounted and balanced and saved me over $100.00 for the other two prices I received from their competitors. Spent over $800 on new tires with Phil Wright 3 weeks ago. Was told they came with free rotation and a warranty. Had a tire blow out last night and today Phil Wright is refusing to replace it. They are saying I dont have a warranty even though we were told that we did when we purchased them. It is actually the main reason we purchased from them. Phil Wright will do nothing but LIE and rip you off! To put the icing on the cake for this matter I wrote a negative review on the Phil Wright facebook page. Shortly after this my husband got a call at his work. They threatened to call his boss if the review was not removed!! I fully plan to turn this company into the Arkansas Attorney General! read more
