I stayed overnight in Russellville. My Jeep was broken into and the back window was smashed. This caused the Jeep to not be able to start. Orr was able to get the Jeep working within a couple hours. Wonderful service. read more

Internet Salesperson very rude! Wanted to know price on a 2022 Subaru Ascent! did not have a price????

This was a trip for a dealership I work some for, I was not there to purchase a vehicle, but to transfer one to another dealership, this is something that I do pretty regularly, I must say that the man (I believe his name was Randy) did an excellent job in helping us get the job done, they had all the paperwork done, we just had to pickup the vehicle and head back home read more

I found a 2022 Subaru Ascent on internet. put my info in to be called requesting price. Salesman called back. No price available! When I stated I needed a price and I couldn't get one at this time, I would have to look elsewhere. This professional then [Sounded if he slammed phone down] loud bang then phone hung up. If this is service I got on a phone call, glad I didn't go there to buy. read more

There lifetime warranty is a joke it would be better to talk the price down and get your own warranty from some place else. Don't get pulled in by them saying but it has a lifetime warranty they use that to over price there cars. read more

We were shopping for a car in December. We went to Orr Nissan in Russellville. We had seen several used vehicles in the 16k price range that we were interested in. We got to Orr and magically NONE of those cars were on the lot. The salesman Cary, would only show us 2 vehicles and would not disclose the price of either. He finally sold my fiance' on a 2021 Nissan Kicks due to it coming with a FREE LIFETIME POWER TRAIN warranty. He claimed the Kicks had never been in an accident. We did the paperwork and the price totaled nearly $24k! Fast Forward to April, the sun was in my eyes and I bumped a pole in the Walmart parking lot. The airbags deployed. They deemed it a total loss. Insurance paid their part, GAP paid their part but it had to go back through Orr to cover a $3200 Warranty. (The FREE warranty) Orr is trying to say that we opted for a different warranty. So the warranty company is saying that the Orr didn't cancel the policy. So we are now in July and still paying on a vehicle that we no longer have due to Orr not doing their part. This has been an absolute nightmare! They have been shady and unprofessional form the start. Oh and I had to collect paperwork from the insurance company which disclosed that the Nissan had been rear-ended in 2022! read more

Orr got me in without an appointment after I had a flat tire. They replaced all my filters, balanced and rotated my tires, changed my oil, and put a new tire on within 1.5 hours. When I was checking out, Jose in the service department double checked my invoice and realized my wipers had not been replaced (which I had requested). He went to the parking lot and changed my wipers and said there was no charge for the wipers. Excellent customer service. Thanks Jose! read more

took my jeep in to get a recall done. I had a chip in my windshield the size of a dime on the passenger side when i get it back the entire passenger side windshield had a crack about a foot long up and down turning my $50 repair i needed into several hundred dollars. when i confronted the service department on it they called me a liar and said it was already there. I understand mistakes happen just own them and fix the damage you cause. I'll gladly take my vehicle to another dealership to work with someone honest from now on. read more

I bought my jeep here and really love the jeep, however. the service is awful. When I first bought it you Could make an appt to get it serviced. It was efficient and helpful. However now they have changed their service where it is only first Come first served. It does not work at all. Every time I go I wait longer and longer. Now waiting over two hours for just an oil change. Ridiculous! Went and spoke to the front office because service said it was a decision from the front office. He just wanted to argue and make excuses. Never again will I buy a car from This dealership. Not customer oriented at all. Good to you before you buy a car but once bought then good luck. read more

bought a used car from here and they told me several times that it hasn't ever been wrecked. They charged me a high price for the vehicle and then I noticed cosmetic damage the day I bought it and went in with an appointment but they wouldn't do anything about it. I also requested a car fax and fhey gave me a cheap off brand of it saying it wasnt wrecked. After I had it a couple months I met the previous owner and he told me it was wrecked. I bought a car fax and found out it was wrecked and when I went back to try to get it fixed or compensated but they declined all acknowledgement and wouldn't help me out at all read more

My daughter had her car looked at here. They were going to overcharge on labor. And the part had a 200 percent mark up. When we went to pick the car up they held it hostage till we paid a diagnostic fee. We weren't told before hand we paid it to get the car back we will never do business with them again the guy justifies it by lying and saying everyone charges this fee. That's bull it was still cheaper having someone else do the work because they double over charge in labor and parts read more

*** MY MOM WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS DEALERSIP *** My mom went in to get an oil change and decided to look at the new Hyundai Sonata. The pushy, slick talking salesman hooked his claws in - and proceeded to take her for her ENTIRE savings - $14,000 PLUS the $2,000 for her trade in..... toward a $21,000 car. Oh, and by the way she still owes $1,400 in taxes within the next 30 days, which they didn't tell her about....and she doesn't have the money for that because they took her entire life savings already. I called to speak to the Manger Clay - he said sorry there's nothing we can do (worthless). So then I spoke to his boss Cory - who was the worst excuse for a manager that I have ever seen or heard. He was rude and disrespectful and refused to help my mom IN ANY WAY. They offered nothing. She is now flat broke and still owes $1,400. I implore you to take your business elsewhere. This place could care less about anything but a sale and MAKING MONEY. I wish I lived in the same state, it is so hard to take care of anything over the phone. I'll be writing letters to everyone I can think of and calling the Better Business Bureau - This dealership and their management made NO effort to make this right. Horrible, immoral and dishonest business!! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!! ***Only giving one star because it won't post without something. They deserve NOTHING*** read more

We have bought two trucks from Orr in Russellville. The first was a good experience but the second was an outstanding experience. Both were newer model used trucks, low mileage. We traded the first in on the second one. Have not had any trouble with either truck. And we got a great Fatty deal on the second one. We will be back!!! read more

Bought my 2012 Dodge Journey LEMON in Early September 2016, it had 63000 miles on it. I understand I bought a used vehicle, my last vehicle was bought used and I had it for 8 years. So something is bound to be imperfect. First thing I noticed, the defrost was not working right. I took it in the next week. They "could not reduplicate the issue" of uneven defrosting. Ok, so I'm thinking maybe it was me not doin it right. Never knew the issue. But the next day I hear a bumping sound I text the salesman and noted that. I thought maybe it was the new tire. Then two weeks later my husband takes it to Tennessee and in the way back it starts to run a little hot, he reduced his speed and the register went wack to normal. Monday I drove it to the service department and they said my radiator had a crack in it and that they replaced the thermostat. But the thermostat was never listed in the job order. It notes a pressure test was performed but not that any heads were inspected. ~~the mechanics in my opinion never inspected for damages caused when it started to overheat within the first three weeks~~. April or so I take it in for the bumping sound "we cannot reduplicate the issue" but they greased up my wheels and said they got some rocks out maybe because I live on a dirt road. Ok so that's fixed I thought. Took it back again a month later, now the bumping noise had a clink with it. I knew that wasn't good. Took it in with video sound and showed them what it was sounding like, sat there two hours for them to tell me they "could not reduplicate the issue" although they could hear it in my video. When they were pulling it out it finally made the noise. After a week, they finally got it broke down and guess what?! It was my rear axel that had a crack in it all that time! Talk about mad! They had a warranty inspector come out and approve the work. A month after having that repaired mind you it took them two weeks, we decide to go on a family vacation 2 1/2 hours away for one night. Drove just out of the big town and stopped to eat. As we get back on the interstate not 20 seconds later my car redlined overheats! Whaaaat just happened?! We checked the water it was fine and nothing was hot in the engine but still we ran the heater to cool it down. That seemed to work although my blowers were again cold in the passenger side. It went back to normal and we figured maybe the thermostat they put in was sticking. We proceeded to drive off the interstate 2 miles or so ahead and did fine until we were pulling in the parking lott then water had busted all over the side of my car. Great, we thought the water pump busted. We filled it up and it seemed to hold water so maybe not. Let it run and it wouldn't cool down again. My father in law drove 2 1/2 hours to tow us back home. Took my car in on the trailer The next day. Monday. We told him that the vehicle was overheating and asked them to look at it. It was Wednesday before I called them and they told me they could not "re-duplicate the issue" go figure! I told him to keep it until they could because I wasn't picking it up finally by Friday they were able to re-duplicate the overheating. They said a head had been cracked and that there was water in three pistons. wow. They had the warranty inspector come out and he denied the job because he said the vehicle had been driven multiple times after overheating. Even Orr had to drive the car to the point of overheating in order to reduce locate the issue. The next week they wanted me to call the warranty company and speak with them myself they wouldn't help me. I had to leave for a reunion so I got nothing done that week In the situation and they didn't try anything on their end. When I got home they said they would help me try to renegotiate with the warranty company it took two weeks for them to tell me they couldn't do anything. They offered to find me a motor used or new and gave me some prices. Orr Auto mall quoted me $4500!! Car value is only $8000 The vehicle had overheated in the past and I told them I didn't think that they had done a thorough inspection why would it overheat on me suddenly at 45 miles an hour and 20 seconds of being on the road. I told them something had caused it and I felt like their mechanics were doing shoddy work. Two weeks into this overheating I had posted on Facebook and asked if anyone had any issues with OrrAutomall not stating what I was going through or what was wrong with my vehicle I got opinions from both sides. Apparently the owner of Orr Auto mall had already heard of my Facebook post and said that my post was the whole reason they would not help me. Petty. I would not recommend anyone buying a used vehicle from or Orr Auto mall ever. read more

My white-haired mother went in to have a small item fixed in her truck, and came out with a brand new vehicle. She didn't even want a new vehicle and was losing my father at the time, and they totally took advantage of her emotional vulnerability, age and passive personality. She even told them no and they just kept on and kept on until she signed the paperwork. She left there driving a vehicle that was more expensive than she could afford, and she didn't even know how much it cost. This happened back in October 2017, and hopefully they have shed themselves of those sales people. But more recently, a friend of my mom's went there because of a flyer she received and the chance to win a car, and they took her keys and wouldn't give them back to her when she was ready to leave. She had to call a friend who had to call the police before they gave her keys back. I would avoid this place at all cost. Their sales people are total conpeople. read more

Made a deal with dealership but when my husband showed up to sign paperwork they wouldn't honor deal. Wanted to give even less for trade in once we started paperwork than what they agreed on. $2000 less. I had told them the truck had been deleted and programmed the first time I took the truck down there. I had made it very clear when they first looked at the truck. They played stupid when I got there and told me it dropped trade in value $2000. Funny thing is I know they knew it was deleted and programmed because the second time I talked to him about truck he said my current truck only pulled better because it had been deleted and programmed. They had me come in early because they had someone else coming in at 9:30 that was wanting truck. I figure they purposely blew deal with me because they would make more money off of next guy. Completely dishonest dealer. read more

Bought a 2013 Dodge Dart and was sold a lemon. Was told we had a service contract and do not. The touch screen display has not worked since we bought. Car will shut down at anytime and they will not fix it. Was promised a glove box and still 4 months late have not gotten that fixed either. I purchased through them a 230 battery and a couple of days later the car would not start, I look under the hood and the cables were loose. Per service and I would not purchase anything from them. read more

Went to ORR to buy a new truck, was initially sold a good vehicle but after three days I realized it was completely infested with bed bugs. All parties talked to were incredibly dismissive and only took me seriously when I had a near breakdown about it crying. The same thing happened when I asked them about paying for a pest control service to come to the house id been staying at to prevent any transfer of the infestation. Totally dismissive and patronizing behavior. They traded the truck for another one that was a year older a had 5000 more miles on it and I ended up paying more, and when I got THAT truck home and went to put gas in it a few days later it came to my attention that the fuel neck was disconnected from the truck. I called ORR's service department and was told no I didn't need an appointment, just come in before 4:30 on the following Wednesday, only to be met with rude service reps who implied that I'd never talked to anyone there and needed an appointment, and the service supervisor was entirely condescending the entire time I was speaking to him and when I told him to please stop being dismissive of my frustration he huffed at me and said "it's called being polite!" And demanded I give him my keys. The problem was fixed but my god what kind of customer service is this? I've worked with people my whole life and would have never said any of the things that were said to me. I hate this place with a passion. read more
