They have additional staff to assist with annual testing and shots, so when the veterinarian came in he was able to give us the results. He was able to take a look at a hot spot and additionally testing that I agreed to after his assessment of my dog's health and chart. The visit took longer due to additional testing and waiting for results. But left with new information on my dog's health and medication/treatment that will be needed. Check out was fairly easy as well & quick. Overall time from arrival to leaving the office was estimating 2 hours or less.
