They have additional staff to assist with annual testing and shots, so when the veterinarian came in he was able to give us the results. He was able to take a look at a hot spot and additionally testing that I agreed to after his assessment of my dog's health and chart. Check out was fairly easy as well & quick. Overall time from arrival to leaving the office was estimating 2 hours or less.
