Once we came back to the area for a vacation and one of our dogs got sick. I called and they saw us the same day. Everyone is helpful, kind and compassionate. The doctors are great. We recently experienced the end of life with our girl, Sophie, and everyone treated us so lovingly. I thought he was kidding, so I laughed... but after he repeated these things multiple times I do not believe he was kidding. Even if he was, it was not funny. It was hurtful and downright mean. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and diligence of the facility. It actually smelled nice! The staff made sure to take down AND understand all of Roscoe's needs before we booked and again at drop off. But what was the best moment was when a staff member took his leash to lead him to his kennel. For the first time ever there was NOT a fight, hesitation or even a glance back! My special dog was at ease here! Even he knew this was a good place with good people! I am so thankful to have found them!

We got Sid into the vet at cornerstone veterinary hospital in Russellville, ky. The vet gave us the name of a trimmer. We didn't go there, The day Sid got treated at the vet, I call the resort. Got otc meds for that but didn't notice nick under his nub. After 2 days he started scooting and licking. Put cone on him to stop licking, got him into vet although we had a 3 day wait. He had a horrible hot spot and is on 2 meds to heal. It's been a nightmare for him and us. There is no way a guard was used when he was shaved or he would not have gotten nicked. May be great place for little dog breeds,but clearly not skilled with aussies. $103.00 for groom + tip, 97.00 vet visit, 35.00 for otc meds = never again!
