Usually I have family take him when I have to go out of town. However, this time the whole family was going away and boarding was the only option. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and diligence of the facility. It actually smelled nice! The staff made sure to take down AND understand all of Roscoe's needs before we booked and again at drop off. But what was the best moment was when a staff member took his leash to lead him to his kennel. For the first time ever there was NOT a fight, hesitation or even a glance back! They start barking at daybreak and never stop until fed or tended to about 8 o'clock. -These dogs are not tended to properly and fed when they should be. In fact, I'm my front porch right now on Sunday and it is currently 7:30 am and many dogs are barking very loudly and I can hear them and I'm about a mile away so extremely loud.
