So I have now had this experience, not once, but twice at Dog's Day Out. After our first visit, with Minnie not being cut the way i asked, i received a phone call from the lady who grooms the dogs, and she said there was some miscommunication and she was really sorry. So, to be fair, I went back with Minnie a couple of months later and made sure to specify that we wanted her to be groomed with a schnauzer cut, leave her skirt. And they did. She looked great. So I was glad I gave them a second chance. Until today. I called and made the appointment a couple of weeks ago and then my husband took her in because I work nights and wasn't home yet. When he dropped her off, the lady came out and discussed Minnie with him, she asked if we wanted to leave the skirt to which he replied, yes! Well, they shaved her completely, AGAIN! She was not groomed anything like a schnauzer is supposed to be, even after specifying that was what we wanted. You can't blame lack of communication twice, when we have told you very specifically what we want, you are either not listening or don't care! So if you want your dog groomed a specific way, do not go to Dog's Day Out in Bowling Green, as they do not listen to what you want. I will absolutely Never take my dog here again! read more
