Ask for manager (Kathryn) who will not honor the advertised BOGO offer. She acknowledges the BOGO sign and what BOGO means. And that the sign is wrong but she will not honor it. Nor will she take down the false advertisement. Of allow me to do so. Any store that knowingly posts a false advertisement (and refuses to correct it) deserves a full-blown boycott.

Most of the animals look scared or they were just circling around the tanks/cages looking for an exit. The geckos were hungry and eating fake leave because they have no other food. The turtles were all grouped in one small corner because the tank is completely empty and has no decoration or anything of that category. If anyone could do something about this please do.

When we got there, they got her back fairly quickly. The vet tech's energy was so kind and calm, despite being a very anxious husky, scared, and in pain, our dog let her pick her up and carry her back to get started. She HATES being picked up. That was VERY telling. Both the vet tech and the vet were incredibly reassuring while being honest and informative. They drew up two different treatment plans and walked us through both so we could make an informed decision and factor in our budget and our dog's needs. When we picked her up, the aftercare instructions were clear and very informative, no guessing. They even cleaned my dog up the best they could without hurting her. She came home smelling better than she did when we picked her up from the spay! The fact that they took the time to tidy up her legs, paws, and tail, even though it wasn't required is telling. You can tell they babied her, loved on her, and took amazing care of her. While I hope to never need them again, if our pets were in need, we wouldn't hesitate to go back. It was pricey, but it's emergency veterinary care in the middle of the night, and well worth the money, in my opinion.

I was very nervous about having a 8 week old puppy flown in 110 degree weather so she had someone drive him. When he arrived their car wreaked of cigarette smoke. The poor puppy felt skinny and I immediately fed him. He is cute, but has had the runs since I got him. Fast forward three weeks later I take him to the vet and he has Giardia. Now the paperwork her vet sent said he had it and was treated which is bullshit! Its a two week treatment according to my vet, which I am still giving him to this day. I emailed her that it cost me 217.00 for the visit and meds (she asked what kind the Dr gave him) I never heard back from her. The puppy is smart, and my other dog plays with him a lot, which is why I got him. I spent a lot of my hard earned money and didn't deserve a sick puppy! Doing more research, she breeds many different kinds of dogs. I am saddened it will cost even more to get him completely healthy. When asked why he would not see him he tried to redirect the question and would not give us an answer. Then we've heard about this place. We called and spoke to someone who told us Mariah the groomer liked a challenge and that if they couldn't do the job they wouldn't charge you. So I made an appointment with Maria to bring our German Shepherd puppy and who is now 10 months old for a full grooming and her nails cut. Mariah asked us to stay for the first 10 minutes to make sure the dog was OK and to leave her with her for an hour. She walked the dog around on the leash, showed her everything and then got her ready to be groomed. She did an excellent job! I was so thankful to find her. Everybody in the store is super nice. I love this place and we're definitely going to be bringing our dog back. Thank you, Mariah for such a great job!!
