Keep in mind they are also willing to ship but I think it's better to physically come to the shop and purchase it instead. They have a lot of beautiful classical lamps to choose from in the shop. But then it got better. In 2.5 hours almost transformed my 50sqm apartment. What I liked the most is that the quickly understood my preferences and I didn't had to explain everything twice like it happened with other companies. My apartment was already decently clean, and it's less than 50 sq. The only reason why I payed €40 per hour, was to clean the oven.Anyway, I trusted their judgment and I said that I would have paid for 3 hours. Again, I was ready to pay a "deep cleaning" cost for a regular cleaning of a small already clean apartment, plus the oven and the mattress. I also asked if the cleaner could have kept the keys and they said yes. I was over the moon! Then the reality... My friend went to open the door. The cleaner was late. He had no clue about the keys, he didn't want to keep them so I had to figure something else out last minute. He called my friend back because he couldn't figure how to open the water. He left after two hours. Because of their lack of communication and professionality I lost a tenant. He didn't want to stay in a filthy place! Here come the pics that I received from him. I asked for a refund, they refused and they sent me pics of what was cleaned for €80. Since I clean my house by myself I can tell that what I paid wasn't worthy. Plus they had the guts to tell me as an excuse that 2 hours wasn't enough. I suggested they checked the emails where I said that I was up to pay for 3 hours, because I needed a clean apartment. If you charge €40 per hour per person (more than twice what anybody else in Berlin) you need to be the best! They're far far away from being even good.

Although there is no air conditioning you can always ask at reception for a fan. There is free access to wifi but it works differently and sometimes with minor problems. The service is very friendly and helpful. Fast contact via phone or mail. Can easily communicate in English. On Your request they can reserve a parking space for You. Every morning- form 7:00 till 10:00 on the ground floor breakfast is served in the price of 8 euro/person. But if you have a room with a kitchenette (fridge, cooker, kettle, coffee maker, pots and all equipment) is worth to do breakfast alone - it is reale fun. They demolished our bathroom and because we were asking questions about what we were spending, without any notice they left the bathroom no where near finished and left without any notice. they took over €2.5k for just demolishing even though it was meant to be no where near this cost and would not answer calls or texts. a completely unprofessional company telling us everything was possible at the start then as soon as they demolished our bathroom and left us with nothing they told us nothing was possible. they took our brand new sink, and most likely sold it. we also paid them to put all of the demolished parts to the dump, instead of taking it to the dump, they put it in the neighbours rubbish container. we paid €300 for them to get rid of everything and even paid for the costs of what the recycling plant would have charged us but yet they didnt even take it there, we paid for a rubbish container that never turned up also.
