Eine absolute Katastrophe - DPD ist der schlechteste Paketdienst überhaupt! Ich habe noch NIE einen so miserablen und unzuverlässigen Paketdienst erlebt wie DPD. Pakete werden nie korrekt zugestellt! Die Zusteller machen sich nicht mal die Mühe, bei einem zu klingeln - stattdessen wird das Paket einfach in irgendeinen Paketshop geworfen, ohne Info, ohne Benachrichtigung! Und es kommt noch schlimmer: Manchmal zeigt das System an, dass das Paket "erfolgreich zugestellt" wurde - aber man hat NICHTS bekommen! Es ist ganz offensichtlich, dass hier Pakete verschwinden oder sogar gestohlen werden! Kundenservice? Gibt es bei DPD nicht! Telefonisch ist NIEMAND erreichbar - man hängt ewig in der Warteschleife, nur um dann rausgeworfen zu werden. Auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet, Beschwerden bleiben ungelöst. Es interessiert einfach niemanden! Ich kann nur jedem raten: Finger weg von DPD! Wer Wert auf zuverlässige Lieferung und Kundensupport legt, sollte diesen Dienst auf keinen Fall nutzen. I gave give it up for DPD - they've improved a lot over the last couple years... amazing! Now you get an email alert and note about when the packet will arrive. Really excellent instead of it just disappearing somewhere. Next up to slam tho is GLS - pure hell! read more

This is the worst service, it is unbelievable how incompetent this people are. The pre requirements to select the workers must be high levels of stupidity and incompetence! Waiting for a week, calling everyday to their call center (of course nobody knows the problem). I wonder why do these call centers exist at all since they do not do/ know anything . read more

Awful delivery service, even worse than DHL (top that!). Received an email that my package was delivered to package store but it was never there. Customer support not answering for days. Previous time when i used DPD the delivery guy didn't even try to deliver the package despite the fact that i was home. He went straight to package store and didn't even leave a notice to which one he delivered. Lazy couriers and ignorant customer support. DPD doesn't even deserve one star. read more

I sent myself a package and paid 51 euros for it's delivery. They didn't come to collect it on the appointed day after setting a time and sending a notification. It took them almost a week to come pick it up. I packed a few fragile items, but I packed it in such a way they'd have to beat my package or let it fall from a great height to break anything. They broke something that was extremely difficult to break, smashed all the items on the top (that were well wrapped, to prevent breaking, although they were not fragile), and basically messed up half of the package. Then they refused to bring it to my house, on the grounds that it was visibly damaged, open and stained (it was not open when they gave it to us, but it was taped with a different tape over the original, so maybe they peeled it off and was retaped afterwards. It was not as damaged on the outside as they claimed, and they said they were trying to get a refund, but then we wouldn't get our package). We had to call customer service before sending and before we got it, and spent a lot of money and time in those calls. We were eventually sent to pick it up from a warehouse, instead of getting it delivered. Didn't get a refund, and I don't know if I will. Never working with them again. read more
