I decided to get 5 different quotes and compare them based on price, reputation and the overall "vibe" I would get from their representative. To make a 4 month story short, no company compared to the presentation, price and vibe that I got from Prime Window and Door. From our first meeting I was very impressed with Robert and his company. He answered all of my questions and actually asked me a few which was something that no one else had. I could tell he had a genuine pride for his work and loved what he does. Robert was up front about pricing and didn't play any games. We discussed financing and I decided to go with him. The install went flawless and Prime Window did an amazing job to keep the mess to a minimum. The windows look amazing and my home is safe for storms (and much more energy efficient). If you're on the fence with who to go with for this major home improvement don't think twice, check out Robert and his crew at Prime. They will treat you like family.

Obviously from the pictures you can clearly see that these windows were not sealed properly. I will have to spend thousands to hire someone else to correct the unbelievably wrong damage done here. I was promised by Omar that it would be clean and professionally finished from all angles. You can see that that was not done. There's leaks coming in from the window, and after many attempts to try and get done properly, I finally had to stop trying because it was clear that his company could not do the job correctly even though they came back a couple times. There was an inspection done and I don't know how, somehow it passed, however my tenant has to endure alot of water coming in every time it rains. This company blamed the building for having leaks, and although that is something that happens in most South Florida buildings, however you can still clearly see from the pictures with sloppy edges collecting soil over time, they did not do their job correctly. I am overwhelmed by how horrible this looks, and so dissatisfied regarding the rain water intrusion issue! These new windows were supposed to be an improvement, I wish I never used this company! Beware.

He told us that we would be getting one year free of finance charges, so we had a year to pay it off and we purchase at the time because of the promotion. I now come to find out that we have a regular finance loan and we have been accruing finance charges since June. So besides all the problems with communications, they lied. Again I reconfirm the fact that I will never do business with Prestige or RJS Consultants Inc which is doing business as Prestige Windows and Doors. I am presenting in talks with them so I will right another review pertaining to my experience with this matter.

We are always looking for a good partner on our projects, which in Miami is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Garcia is one of the few vendors we've encountered that actually values our business. We have been trying to install impact windows in all of the properties we manage. We probably spent about a year unsuccessfully trying to make this project happen before a neighbor recommended Garcia. One thing to note is that Garcia is a distributor of Lawson windows. They don't take measurements or do the installation for you. However, they will provide you with a lot of advice and feedback if you have questions about window sizes, the different styles of windows and doors, egress requirements, etc, etc. They are family owned and operated and have been in business for nearly 50 years. It's obvious that they truly care about their customers. We wanted to order windows for several properties before a price increase takes effect for 2021. They worked with us until 9PM on a Friday night to accommodate our order. Installing windows is a pretty big financial undertaking. There is a large upfront cost for the materials, and it can be a little unsettling to fork over several thousand dollars and then wait for 6-8 weeks for delivery. Garcia takes away a lot of that anxiety by being responsive, reliable and customer-focused. Thanks, Leo, Elizabeth and Daniel!
