After multiple attempts to reach out and have him get the issues addressed they have done basically nothing and now can't even get a response from them. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I had to constantly follow up to even get a response. Frank ignored most of my messages, and when I did hear back, it was always the same empty promise: "We'll get back to you in two days." Spoiler alert -- they never did. How is it even remotely acceptable to let a case sit untouched for over two months? I honestly have no idea what I paid for.
