I told them when I switched over that I needed SR22 insurance and they assured me it was on my policy, come to find out it was not and my car got impounded and I had to go to court, $900 down the drain because bottom line does not know what they are doing. Multiple times I have called and have received horrible customer service and the wrong quotes for my account! They have multiple tabs open at once and say those prices and then once question they say "oh sorry that was somebody else's account!" So you're meaning to tell me they keep personal information open on company computers for all to see? How nice! Please save your money and just call insurance on the spot, I was able to find a quote $50 cheaper. Stay blessed, and don't get scammed by these losers, they get commission on every payment!
