It was one of those icky grown up things that I did not want to pay for. I went in a little worried about someone trying to sell me insurance I didn't want, etc. Now, a couple years later, I feel like Melissa is one of my buddies. I told someone-- I have a friend in insurance, you should check her out. Then I realized, ok, maybe we're not technically friends. It's not like we hang out. Melissa is so honest and trustworthy, it seems more natural to call her a friend than "my agent." I have scooter, home, life, all here. When I needed insurance for my small business, I came to Melissa and showed her some of the research I'd done. She did some research, talked to the underwriter, and gave me completely unbiased advice about what the best option was for me (it's a highly specialized business, so I ended up going with a company that only insures this type of business). She is so helpful. Gets back to me so quickly. Gets me a great rate. I couldn't recommend her enough. She's totally honest and knows her stuff. ** Also, her office has changed now. I believe it's at 1830 W Foster**

I just finished purchasing my first home and couldn't wait to write a review on the exemplary…read moreservice I received from Devontae. We were acquainted before my purchase and even though I had not decided on my broker, he was always available for useful insight and best practices in the home buying process. When I eventually did decide to purchase, I couldn't imagine anyone else I would have represent and guide me through the complicated process of buying my home. From the onset, Devontae was able to provide us a pre-approval and various strategies that best addressed my financial needs. He provided patience and clarity, guiding me through the complicated steps in what turned out to be a year long process. He assisted me in building my credit, qualifying for better rates, and industry referrals. He was highly responsive, readily available, and constantly took the initiative. My wife and I were always informed and prepared throughout the process, thanks to Devontae's yeoman's work. If given an opportunity to work with him, I strongly suggest you have a chat with him as I highly recommend his services. I am thankful for my relationship with Devontae as not only my mortgage broker but as a friend throughout the murky and daunting process of buying a home.
