Perhaps because he consulted a doctor of a different field, had not reviewed the records, and still a year later didn't understand my. Chief complaint. So I doubt it was presented to the doctor correctly. So he drops my case with a few months of the statute of limitations expiring. Claims he didn't sit on it, and he will help find new counsel. Ha!! He can't even return a phone call. Gbe only thing he can help is himself. Do not let him waste your time. He gives lawyers a bad name.
