Extremely bad and lying company…read more Unfortunately even though the staff was very nice and polite, they lack the basic knowledge od hair caring in colour and cutting. I paid a reasonable price they were asking for their work and got the worst hair in 20 years. They burned it, made holes in the cut and absolutely ruined my hair with cheap products. When I went to the owner to ask for a refund she was pretending she couldn't see what was wrong even though she was offering some sort of glaze; but ended up blaming the shampoo I was using and accused me of trying to take HER money. Why blame the shampoo if there was nothing wrong and offer a "repair"? When I wanted to post the review on her fb page I realised she blocked me and that she was also allowing only 5* reviews to be published. And the 5* reviews got me to that salon in the first place. Extremely misleading, rude and unprofessional place. Never setting my foot there again.m

I'm utterly shocked at the treatment I received from Collage HairGroup…read more I went to book an appointment for a blowdry and the system said it couldn't be processed, to ring the salon. I rang the salon and the receptionist told me that the senior hairdresser I regularly go to won't accept my booking over not being happy with my hair at Christmas and receiving a refund. I just want to point out that I was offered a refund by Collage due to Level 5 restrictions which meant the salon had to close. I consider this to be unprofessional and petty to cut a regular client because they were unhappy with their hair on "one" occasion and not being able to communicate this at the time. I've been going to Collage for the past 15 years and have given them plenty of custom over the years. I consider it very important to support local businesses but, will be taking my custom elsewhere.

I booked with my amazing hairdresser Suzie. Arrived and was told I was booked in with someone else. I said no I always and they know go to Suzie..The lack of interest in client care over the phone and rearly a nice greeting on arrival. Place us not great at all. Ciara is a lovely girl..Asked what happened was told 2 names beside each other I got wrong person. What really happened was when making my appointment the person was talking to someone else putting me on hold and complaining how a woman walked in rolled her eyes and walked out. Went two weeks ago and she didnt do what i asked (even though she had done it before) so went back last week with photos and specific instruction and its ruined.
