I walked into this establishment and was met by a lovely bubbly receptionist that helped me prepare for my first time visit. I stepped on a nail and it was embedded in my foot. After I signed all the paperwork I was greeted by a very charming and pleasant Assistant who took my blood pressure and weight. Soon following the Doctor entered and explained (in layman's terms) exactly what he was going to do for my injury. He really made me feel comfortable. Im always anxious when I visit medical facilities. He removed the nail quick and swiftly. I am a self pay patient (no insurance) and the cost was reasonable. They will speak over you and speak down to you. Also was told many lies by this front desk staff about receiving calls back or calls that were supposed to be made to my insurance company on their end that were never done. I spoke very highly of this office for a long time and even recommended patients but I will no longer be returning. It's sad that a poor help desk can ruin the reputation of good doctors.

They do not care about their patients at all the last time I was there which was my last time I will ever set foot in that place, I went to talk about my anxiety which had spiraled downward and I wanted some help. I was told by the nurse practitioner (the actual DOCTOR stopped meeting with her own patients years ago, and she's no better than any of the others here) that I would never be happy if I didn't go to college and that I'll never be able to support myself without a degree and I will always have anxiety if I don't get a degree and a "real job" with benefits so I don't have to live with my parents anymore. None of that had anything to do with my visit in the first place but at that point in my life, at 20/21 years old, I already had a full time job with benefits vacation time sick pay you name it and I was already living on my own paying 100% of my own bills l, not on my parents' insurance, and I had plenty of money in the bank. I left the office with an anxiety attack in full swing. Don't go here! No one deserves this kind of treatment when trying to get healthy be it emotionally, mentally, or physically! Zero stars or even negative stars would be a more accurate score!
