It is very hard for me to ever leave a negative review for anything. It truly takes a lot for me to get upset. I had been to this practice a few times, everyone was fine and helpful. It truly comes down to this phone call I just had. The last time I went to the practice was 6 months ago, and an appointment was made for a followup. I completely forgot and got no show fee. Understandable, however I called to check why I hadn't gotten a reminder phone call. It had been 6 months and just had a baby. Response was shot and with extreme lack of care. "Because of their size they don't have the man power to call patients, the reminder is the card we get" My mother in law works for a much smaller doctor's office and somehow they still manage to call all of their patients. I take responsibility for not setting myself a reminder. But its the lack of care and my response was that it was ridiculous that nothing could be done but what I should have said was that maybe if they spent less time on Facebook then maybe they would have time to call some patients (I actually witnessed this while checking out after an appt) Paying my fee and moving on. read more
