Dr. Abel was and has been fantastic, but his front office staff leaves little to be desired! They are rude, inconsiderate and extremely mean-spirited, and rarely does the right hand know what the left hand is doing in that office. The front desk says one thing, and then billing says another. My guess is Dr. Abel has lost many a patient, not because of him, but because of how his office staff runs the office. Unfortunately, our family will not be returning. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called here 3 months ago after being assigned to this office by my insurance to schedule as a new patient. 2 weeks went by before I had to call back to begin the intake process. I was scheduled a month and a half out from the time I made the appointment. The day of the appointment came and they called and canceled and told me they would not have any availability for me and that it may not be the practice for me. After Nicole told me this I asked to speak with her supervisor who told me the same and then she had the audacity to hang up on me after I asked her to recommend a practice that would facilitate my needs. I would never ever recommend anyone scheduling an appointment with them they are very rude and treat you like you are less than them. read more
