First day after signing the basement flooded because of the sump pump which was "new" . They "replaced it " but it flooded due to the pit not being installed correctly . Afterwards we attempted to contact the warranty company and it was told we're unable to use our warranty (HMS HOME WARRANTY)due to it being a pre existing problem for the "new heat pump " we had the hvac company who installed the system come and check it out he stated that he explained to the seller the system wouldn't work well but was told to do the work as the equipment (which wasn't new) couldn't be returned. We had to use space heaters for the winter. We were told a " new roof " was installed but we still have leaks in the house during cold weather as no ice shield was installed. The front porch was put on BACKWARDS and recently while upgrading the house we can see daylight from the basement. How was this over looked ? Beats me ! The sealer boarder was cut out and wasn't replaced; leaving a big hole into the basement . You can only imagine the chipmunk nest and other rodents . Elite termite pest control we also attempted to contact Them multiple times no answer. Sent paper to the address it came back . We drove to the address it was a house a place of residence.
