I had to go to Dr. Brian Hixson for a thyroid issue .. He is so patient , listens and you do not feel hurried out like most other drs now.. I definitely recommend him and will be back if i need a surgeon....He also was my third dr for this issue and turns out it was not as bad as the others made it sound ,which was good news..

I have left a long review on google. But just to summarize. Was injured in ocean, transported to…read moreBaldwin Main by ambulance, and was pretty much dismissed because non life threatening. I wonder if life threatening would have even made a difference. I will say without going into a very lengthy rant this place is very substandard. Not really sure how they retain their licensing. All staff I encountered (except Cat Scan) are non caring and dismissive. I honestly feel I would have gotten better medical advice from a Veterinarian and probably been cared for more by his Vet Tech than this place. I never really got a true medical exam only X-rays and a CT Scan. Now ~18 hours later I sit here on my vacation unable to walk with out crutches with a completely swollen and bruising leg that was never visually examined, simply because the chief complaint was my "replaced hip" is where I felt the popping and tearing. I would really hate to see the doctors, nurses and nurse techs have to really perform at a super high pace facility. I really hate when I have to leave reviews like this for "professionals?". They put forth a ton of effort to gain their credentials, however the group I dealt with on 5/23/26 seemed to have lost the drive once they received their credentials. I do want to give a huge shout out to Baldwin Fire & EMS however. Great, Great group of people. They took better care and showed much more compassion for me than anyone at Baldwin Main.
