    I've been going here for 9 months, and I've had no issues with this clinic. Staff has been…read morefriendly to me so I'm a bit shocked by other's experience. Maybe they got new staff? I've never waited longer than 5-minutes in the waiting room. I see Dr. Hoffman and he's the most precious and knowledgeable provider. Easy to talk to and really cares. Very good at giving you medical advice and even coping mechanisms. I'm very lucky to have found such an amazing rheumatologist my first try.

This was the first time I encountered a "less than helpful and friendly" staff member who acted like I was a bother to her today. Her name was Destiny. She should not be at the front desk. Rude acting and definitely loves to roll her eyes with attitude. I will refuse her help in the future and ask for someone else. I like my Dr. but if she's going to be who I have to see and be treated the way she treated me today , I will have no other choice but to look elsewhere for help. Nothing worse than having a great dr and then being treated badly on the way out the door by a staff member. She definitely needs more customer service training. Unfortunately, there seems to be several complaints about the staff. Definitely needs looking into. I'm sure Drs do not like doing their best only to have their patient's experience ruined as their patient stops by the desk on the way out.
