They take your temp, ask if you've had covid symptoms, why you're there, and if it's all good, they send you on your way. The lab has a small waiting area where most of the seats are blocked off. Luckily the doors open up to the hallway, so you can queue while being socially distant. Staff was all quick and professional, I was in and out within 30 minutes.

The appointment would've taken maybe 15 minutes at most. I had to reschedule for an in-person appointment with an assistant because my doctor isn't available for another month. This is on top of my doctor taking weeks to get back to me about some lab work I sent in that I had done recently from a different doctor. They say they will follow up on MyChart within 3 business days. I had to message them and call over multiple days before my doctor responded. Last but not least, I hate having to deal with the front desk person (always after a very long hold). He's hard to understand and it's not an accent thing, it's like he just DGAF, is miserable at his job, and makes 0 effort to enunciate any word. If they at least had a warm and kind human to talk to, maybe I could put up with the other bullshit, but this place is a jackpot of horrors. I'm switching to a different PCP elsewhere.
