He was thorough in explaining and making sure I was numb before drilling into my teeth. He did well in making sure I was suction. He checked in to make sure I was doing okay often. I was offered and given ibuprofen to ease the pain afterward. One recommendation I would give to them is to make sure the patient is clean before stepping out of the office. Maybe ask the patient to check if they want to use the restroom too clean off excess white crumb from the procedure or have mirror and wet towel for patient to clean their mouth. I walk out of the office with white crumb around my mouth, neck and chest area. It would had been embarrassing to have went out to the community unaware. Other than that my experience was great. I would recommend Dr. Singh to others.

Turns out root canal was wrong too!!! didn't put a post when it was needed. And sure enough crown is botched as well. I urge everyone who had issues to contact the California dental board. I did because he's so unprofessional. Had another root canal and crown done with him. Around the same time and that one too has a gap between where food gets stuck. At this point I'm gonna contact an attorney after I talk to dental board because that crown was paid for cash, and I don't want him touching my teeth because he leaves them worse each time. I regrets going to this dentist my tooth throbs at times I'm afraid it didnt seal correctly and I have a cavity on my tooth. I don't know what this man uses to seal them it's terrible!! Terrible dentist!!! Save time hassle and $ do not got there. I got a crown, two weeks later I noticed I had a gap between tooth and crown, food was getting stuck and smelled bad, go back told him the issue ha wanted me to pay $120 to clean the gum I told him it smelled bad because the food getting stuck!!! I left angry. Decided to get a water pick and got me antibiotics just in case I was developing infection. I used the water pick and sure enough food came out and smelled. I went back and told him the issue he was focusing on another tooth I told him I was there for the crown not to worry about my other tooth. Anyway he agreed to replace it after I insisted, I go to get my tooth ready for the replacement and for the temporary cap and instead he filed it down and since it was a big gap the crown looked terrible crooked I told him I was there for replacement like he had already agreed and even had it on a sticky note on the tray. He looked annoyed! I just thought you don't file it down before asking if it's ok with me. I refused cause it looked very crooked on the inside . A few weeks later I go in for new crown he cemented it, literally 5 minutes late,I had to go back cause it fell ugh! He filed down my tooth and I believe cleaned the crown . He re-cemented it put it back and two weeks later I noticed I had gaps everywhere and it was loose. Had to contact insurance to file a complain and will definitely call the CA, dental board. Terrible dentist do not go with him I will see what gets done and find another dentist. Malpractice, doesn't listen to you, and doesn't understand what you're saying every time he tries to make it better he makes it worse 1

You will experience no social graces from hygienist and DDS. 12/2024, my cavity was filled. The DDS did not smooth down the cap enough. After 2 more visits, DDS finally smoothed the tooth surface. The experience was very annoying and disappointing. 8/24/26, After leaving this dentist to find a much better 'family oriented whom exemplifies courtesy' and 'whom does not increasingly overcharge their services', I am pleased to post this and move forward. Avoid these characters who present themselves as community oriented but are scoundrels.

However the burn is more towards the front of my neck and I felt an itchy, burning sensation. My skin started to peel off! I've never had this happen to me in any other dental place in my life. I also consulted with a NP in dermatology, and they said it looked like a chemical burn. Whatever the dentist was doing, he must have unknowingly spilled a chemical on my neck which caused this to happen. It's been about 2 weeks now and it doesn't seem like the scar will go away, possibly a permanent scar. Would give a 0/10 if I could.

I was told my out of pocket cost would be $350 and I had to pay that day in cash BEFORE seeing the "dentist." I called my dental insurance company from the waiting room and was told that they had provided treatment authorization for my visit up to $350 for that day's procedure (xrays and exam/treatment). I questioned the employee as to why she told me I had to pay up front and was told that "we don't bill that insurance company, we only bill Medicaid, you have to file your claim and get reimbursed by your insurance company. " What the ??? AVOID THIS PLACE. I walked out and made an appointment with a professional. I understand many people have limited resources and finding providers that accept Medicaid can be difficult, however, this place would be my absolute last resort regardless of who my insurance company is. There are way too many dentists in Merced to settle for this place.
