Dr. Thomas lacks empathy, care, and respect for his patient. He cares only about the money. I was billed inappropriately for an office visit and he refused to acknowledge that the bill was incorrect ($152 for 30 seconds of his time, signed a form for work, did not complete a physical exam yet billed my insurance for a physical exam), even after speaking with the billing department and his office manager. The negative reviews are true. Please consider looking into a different family practice. read more
